She helped all my problem areas and some that I didn't know I needed which really only comes from an experienced professional & it gave me a ton of relief. Purchased a facial Groupon and didn't have any problems making the appointment, however, I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and did not get seen until 25 minutes after my appointment was set to begin. No apology about waiting or anything. Once I was in the back, things started off great, the esthetician asked about the areas I was to focus on and we began. Once we began, it seemed as if she was not sure what steps or product to use and when. There was a lot of gaps in between the products, more than I've experienced with other estheticians. At one point a product was left on too long and had dried and she had to wet her hands in order to get it off as the warm cloth was also now cold from sitting out while she was on her phone. At another point during the appointment I thought she had left and I opened my eyes only to see that she was giving herself a facial in front of the mirror! Not too sure if she was new, or someone that doesn't normally give facials, but I would not recommend her for someone to receive one.

My massage was for relaxation and muscle aches. The aroma therapy was awesome and I could not put my finger on what it was but she did say everything she uses is organic. The whole room was filled with this smell and she mixed it into the massage cream she used and gave me a bit of the leftover massage cream and taught me how to massage my own wrist. (I hurt it the other day and she showed me how to massage it to help with the pain). Quiet, small office with relaxing music in a wellness center with psychologists and professionals. Neck and back pain were better after the massage and pretty much gone the next morning. Pretty cool. Her practice is limited to women only, but I got referred by my coworker who has seen her before and said she is good at taking away pain from muscle strains. This turned out to be totally true. I have had other massages that were pretty much just someone rubbing lotion on my skin. Her massage was very firm and what other places have charged me $80 dollars for a "deep" massage. Again it is not in a spa so no fancy robes or steam rooms, but I really don;t go for that. I just want to relax and get less muscle pain and she did that very well.

So I told her I wanted a deep tissue massage and let me tell you that she was amazing. She was unbelievably strong and professional. It was like no massage i have ever had. She worked me from head to toe. After the massage the jacuzzi was hot and ready. Next is the sauna until i was melting. Finished with a cold shower(my choice) . I felt like a million bucks.
