The owner then called back, out of control, telling me to listen to HIM and YELLED the worst obscenity a person could call a woman, calling me an f-ing c-word, then hung up! I knew my vision and inspiration boards didn't align with my budget. But then I met Mary Ellen. She was the best decision I made for my wedding (aside from choosing my husband). She worked with my inspiration boards and talked to me about ways we could adapt the designs to meet my budget. When I told her I couldn't afford centerpieces, she told me how to DIY them. She went so above and beyond during the preparation phases, that I had no anxiety when it came to my wedding day. The wedding day was incredible. Mary Ellen showed up with her team and made magic happen. She created a stunning 8ft floral hoop backdrop for the ceremony that we reused for the photo op during the reception. She even stuck around during the ceremony to help move the location of the hoop afterwards! The bouquets were stunning. The installed hanging greenery received so many compliments, and our guests had the best time with the photo op. We got the stone pillars pictures after he showed us some in his displays on the wonderful property where AWG is located. So many beautiful fountains plus a large selection of Koi and water plants. He enticed us further by showing us a fire feature that was and option with the fountain we got. We did the install on our own and he was incredible with walking us through it step by step. He was there when we had small or big questions and was so friendly. He takes the time to leave his customers satisfied and happy which is the hallmark of a great businessman. And then when they responded to my review on another platform, they misconstrued the facts. One star is one too many. Being a loyal customer was not reciprocated when they damaged my plants.
