I did have store credit one time for well over a year and as long as you hold onto the receipt, they continue to honor it. If I remember correctly, they also warranty shrubs for one year. Overall pretty satisfied with service and selection of plants. My most recent experience here was exceptional. They really try their best to be attentive to their customers.

They have everything from out door landscaping plants, to indoor potted plants to everything you may need to take care of plants and even decor for your garden and house. They have a wide variety of indoor plants and the cutest pots and vessels to put them in! Francine was very knowledgeable about the indoor plants and her husband was very knowledgeable about the outdoor plants. They recently got a shipment in of more rare indoor plants including little thai constellations and Shiveriana moonshine. They had huge boxes that were about to be unpacked full of all sorts of beautiful pots to put your plants in too with regular shipments of new plants and pots and decor. We were looking for a landscaper to remove our old, overgrown, and outdated landscape. We met the…read moreowner, Joe Ressler, and his wife at the Worcester Home & Garden show. We didn't act right away, but kept the business card. A month or so later, we headed out to the nursery in Rutland. It was in the country & set back off the road, so at first we thought we might be in the wrong place. We found the parking lot & then bumped into Joe. We showed him pictures of our house and let him know what we wanted done. He gave us a tour of the nursery, and was at our home within a week to give us recommendations & a design plan. I know not a thing about plants, I often kill them just by looking at them. We had to put our trust in his knowledge & insight. The old trees & shrubs were pulled out using caution not to destroy our stone wall or foundation. The workers were polite, efficient, and respectful of our property. The new plantings went in at least 7 days earlier than promised. The result? Couldn't be happier. It's been about 2 months now, and I haven't killed the plants yet. Even still, I'm glad they come with a guarantee!

Joe provided free delivery at a time convenient to me. These have now been planted over a year and are doing great. Joe provides other services as well, but I go for the plants. The plants he offers are not cheap, but are high quality, and are grown locally in Rutland. I would prefer if Joe accepted credit cards, but I understand that it's additional overhead.
