I had never been to a Chiropractor until recently! I was surprised at what it entailed. The staff is very friendly and polite, my chiropractor, and Dr. Santos have been taking great care of me at this time! Dr. Garcia, the owner, is awesome also! He stopped by the Decatur office on one occasion! He made healthy smoothies for those with appointments and the staff! He emphasized that chiropractics is more than treatment for back & neck pains! But, that it has the ability to bring health to many other parts of the body! I did not know this and I will seek treatment after my current therapy! Dr. Garcia has built an amazing team. I've been coming here for over 10 years and my family longer. I can say the atmosphere is peaceful and the staff caring. You will find the adjustment and timeliness of the staff more than "do-able" or "alright" they work with your finances and accommodate you. I can honestly say they are family to me. I recommend any of the doctors. I won't say specific names, so that everyone [Doctors] has a chance to show you they are worth it. But my favorite doctor is there/here on Tuesday.... I hope you find your way down to injury 2 wellness. It doesn't have to be due to an injury, regular chiropractic work is important. Especially, if you're a soldier like myself. I can often use it. This place is terrible, I've never seen a clinic that was just someone's house with some chiropractic equipment inside. Uncomfortable environment, semi friendly staff with less moderate competence. I've never had a professional lie to me and tell me that they were something that they weren't as the lead chiropractor blatantly claimed to be a doctor which is not true of the chiropractic profession as that they are NOT doctor at all. I also feel that they may be scammers due to the fact that upon refusing to take an MRI they decided to make a big deal of it and make up lies to convince me to take one and when I still declined politely the establishment tried to treat me as if I'd done something wrong, I said that I wanted to discontinue my treatments with them and they call me saying that they are terminating my visits with them as if it was their call, they seem to have an ego problem. This place is very unprofessional, wish I could choose no stars for an establishment this poor in quality. read more

I must say, I have had Chiropractors work on my back from Virginia to Florida, and I have NEVER had a Chiropractor adjust me like Dr. Garcia. If he didn't sound fairly sane, I'd be convinced he's under the use of illegal substances. First of all, please do not go see him if you need the gentle touch. I don't even think he knows what that is. I'm convinced the reason that he became a Chiropractor is because he hates humanity. He applies great force to places that are hurting deeply or are sensitive. As if to make matters worse, he took a machine that I've never experienced, he calls it "THUMPER," I call it the "DEVIL HIMSELF" and it feels like someone is drilling screws into the most sensitive places of your body. He confessed to me that they use it on horses to make them run faster. The horses don't run faster because they feel better, the horses run faster out of FEAR. There were several times when my leg went up due to the intensifying pain and because I was lying face down, it unconsciously hit him. Then perhaps he laughed or grinned and confessed that he'd been kicked in the head. Initially, he informed me that most of his patients receive therapy at the end. I'm convinced this allows them to walk out the door because if you're a patient in that office, GOD BLESS YOU, LITERALLY!! He also informed me initially to apply ice later. I'm convinced this is because the beating is so intense. Furthermore, he did not adjust my neck fully or properly. In the end, he sensed my dissatisfaction, and said something to the effect of 'If you'll come back next week, it will feel better.' I'm new to the area so I don't know where to go and I do have a really bad back, but this man is plain CRAZY!!!!!! God bless you if you're brave enough to be a patient!!!! read more
