The actual process is not that long, but Fiona takes a lot of time to shape your brows until her bad you both love them. I came to Fiona after seeing how amazing my friend's eyebrows looked! I asked my friend and she referred me to Fiona! She is super sweet, friendly, patient and tried her best to accommodate your needs :) When I first contacted her I did not realize she moved to Sacramento and with my busy work schedule it was hard to make a trip up there. Until one day she contacted me telling me she was going to be in San Jose and I didn't even hesitate to ask for an appointment! I find it so thoughtful of her to think of me when she was in the area :) During the whole process she explained to me step by step what she was going to do and she even showed herself opening a blade out of a sterile bag ( which is very comforting to know that the blade is sterile ). Before the process started she shaped out my eyebrows one thing I loved is how she explained every brow is different what may look good on someone may not look good on everyone and she doesn't use a stencil cause she believes that everybody has different bone structure and she realllyyy focuses on making sure the initial drawing of your brows looks good on your face. My first artist I went to just asked me how I drew it and then she just said I'll do whatever you want. I love how Fiona personalized and works with you on what looks good for your face. I just had my touch up with Hai and can I just say I will keep coming back! I love how personable she is and this time we decided to do Ombré instead of microblading to help make the pigmentation last a lot longer. Before she began she gave me ample information as to what the difference of the two would be like and how my brows would like over time with the fading and the healing. I was a little bit nervous at first because I've never done ombré and I've always stuck to microblading the last couple of years but I was willing to try something new of it meant I didn't have to frequently come back twice in a year. Now that my brows have healed I can say I love how ombré looks softer and more subtle compared to how the microblading would look after it healed! Fiona is the queen of making any eye brow look natural! I was so nervous to get them done, but she answered all of my questions along the way until I was ready to book an appointment. She never pressured me nor dismissed me. During the appointment she explained each step of the process before she began, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my shape. The results were AMAZING! Her work looked like real strokes of individual hairs! And I've seen some bad ones where it looked like a painted tattoo, having no line definition at all. I had been referred to Fiona by a coworker, I had previously had my eyebrows microbladed. When I talked to Fiona I had explained to her my previous experiences, which they were not good at all. She told me she was able to fix my eyebrows I paid $450.00 before she even started as she requested through Venmo. She said to return in 5 weeks. I went back for my touch up, my eyebrows looked horrible. I get to her location Posh29 and she tells me she's out of town when In fact her car was parked outside and the girls at the front told me she was in the back with a client. She then schedules me at her home. I tell her that I don't like the way my eyebrows look and She then told me it was from the work I had in the past and that eyebrows are sisters not twins. She told me that she tried to soften up the look and that I could use a bit of concealer. The whole point of getting your eyebrows done is to not have to do all that. She then said that she would charge me additional $50 to just add skin color pigment where she had soften the arched eyebrows. My eyebrows look horrible one is higher than the other and the front of the eyebrow one is going more in than the other and where she supposedly put skin color pigment looks streaky and horrible. I regret paying $500 for this work. This has been a bad experience and regret going to her. I'm sorry but I do not recommend her at all! read more
