I let the office know at 2:33 that I was 5 minutes away and arrived at 2:37, but I was told I could not be seen and had to reschedule. There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

I can't thank him enough for opening my eyes and confirming that I was right and I was being ignored. He could have offered me solutions but told me my insurance would cover this condition and it would not make sense for me to pay him to treat it. Josh was very personable and spent quite a bit of time getting to know me with his welcoming nature and personality put me at ease. He answered any questions I had and explained in detail the process and medication. Josh being a Reg Nurse Practitioner also helped put my mind at ease. We talked about the best options for me and what I wanted. It was my 2nd time having Botox and such a great experience compared to my first. He also followed through a few days later to check in to see how I was doing. He also checked about 3 weeks or so later to see how things were going. He knew I was dealing with some self esteem issues due to being sick last year with rapid weight loss and going through a divorce and turning 62. Also my previous tattoo that they were removing now has permanent scarring and white skin discoloration that's probably there for life. They say "it just happens."
