I asked how they moved the appointment without confirming, then texted me for my original date. A little background on the tattoo. It is an outline (if you want to call it that) of the Virgin Mary that I got done in a hotel room around 15 years ago when I was 17 years old. I waited so long to get this tattoo finished because I didn't know or feel comfortable having just anyone finish it. I didn't know if I would be turned away because of the condition and the state of the tattoo. Fast forward to me finally getting the courage to go in to Ink City and talk to Aaron. I was super nervous, talked way too fast, and was probably sweating profusely. Aaron greeted me with what I can only assume was a smile (he was wearing a mask). I talked to him about my tattoo and showed it to him. His response was something I was waiting to hear for a long time. "Yeah man, we can definitely make this work!" Unfortunately, due to my availability I wouldn't be seen by him till February of 2021. Unexpectedly, I received a call from Aaron. "I got availability this weekend, will you be able to make it?" Again, I probably talked way too fast because I was way too excited to get this started. The weekend came, and with it, work on my tattoo. It had been my first time under a needle in at least 15 years. I was very nervous, Aaron reassured me and we were under way. The tattoo was located on my ribs, and the pain was not like what I remembered! Aaron was more than happy to give me plenty and long breaks (thank you for that by the way!) After a few breaks I asked Aaron if I would be able to get up and look at the tattoo in the mirror. I got up and was in complete shock, close to tears because of what I saw. Aaron is definitely a master of his craft. He absolutely nailed what I had in mind and with not the best canvas to work on. I was so excited to get back on the table and have him continue. If I could, I would just sleep and have him go at it till the tattoo is finished! Aaron's professionalism and dedication to his craft definitely make him stand out. I look forward to seeing the direction he takes my current tattoo and future ones I plan on having him work on.

The person was very nice and gave me good information. She suggested I wait another year and come back for my work. I retuned 16 months later with my design and to make an appointment. The appointment was 30 days out, just enough time to heal before my vacation. 2 hours before my appointment I was advised that I needed to reschedule. My new appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks later. About 2 hours before my appointment I was advised I would need reschedule again!! I no longer had time for a new tattoo before my vacation so I cancelled and forfeited my deposit. I hope others have a better experience than me

They went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was well cared for throughout the appointment. One thing to note is that they are cash-only, but there is an ATM available inside. Erin pierced my daughter's ears and the experience was amazing. It was my daughter's first time…read moregetting her earlobes pierced, and she was really nervous even though she really wanted to do it. Erin was incredibly patient and kind the entire time. She never rushed her and kept checking in to make sure my daughter truly wanted to go through with it, even offering that we could come back another day if she wasn't ready. We were probably in there for about 90 minutes while my daughter worked up the courage, and Erin stayed calm, supportive, and encouraging the whole time. Thanks to her patience, my daughter finally did it and walked out so proud and happy with her new earrings. I'm so grateful for the care Erin showed. She truly went above and beyond to make it a positive experience.

Erin knew right away it was likely a nickel sensitivity causing my issue and she was able to reopen the holes without having to pierce them again. Didn't charge me for piercing, just for the jewelry used.
