In May I had decided to take the plunge at addressing my 90s brows and I was terrified at tattooing my face. I had researched this process for over 5 years and watched as techniques developed and felt it was finally time as there seemed to be a good demonstration of shape on faces all around me. Lauren's initial vibe was very welcoming and her videos were helpful to prepare me for my initial appointment. She walked me through two different styles of brows and I was able to talk about what I wanted. After my first appointment it felt drastic (which was expected) but I loved how my brows turned out. As also expected, a lot came out! More than I thought would. I followed the post treatment instructions step by step and the fading was disappointing. I had reached out to Lauren to see if I could get my before and after pictures because she indicated that I could reach out to her and never heard back from her. I tried again, and no response. I was disappointed. I had debated on whether I wanted to keep my follow up appointment or save that money and apply it to another artist and bite the bullet and pay the full price. I went for the ladder as I found Lauren's cost to be on the more expensive side and to have to pay for a touch up seemed like being taken advantage of. I have never in my history of receiving years worth of tattoos throughout my body, had to pay for a touch up and don't understand that concept. Best of luck, I'm sure you do wonderful work, unfortunately I was unable to be a satisfied client of yours. I scheduled an appointment with Lauren and put down a deposit. I had to cancel due to having a fever and she kept my deposit. Offered to reschedule only if I could guarantee I would not cancel and I was not able to guarantee that. So, she kept my $50.
