She has many tattoos and she told me immediately where I had to go to get it fixed and that Rob was the man to see. Rob couldn't have been more different than the other guy I saw at the bad tattoo parlor. He was kind and patient. He made me feel very comfortable after my previous terrible experience. He himself was upset at the bad work and scar the original "artist" left me with. He worked wonders on that mess the other dude left me with and I'm very happy with the result. Ive been coming here since I got my first tattoo Allen has done 5 of my tattoos. All different styles and each couldn't have come out better I'm always the type of person to listen to what they think would be best because they do know what they're doing. His line work has been so crisp especially on smaller detailed things. He always made time to squeeze me in when he could and it was MUCH appreciated. I'm so happy that he had been the first experience I had getting tattooed. Worth every nickel and dime. I also got an elbow piece done by Jade I do agree with some of the previous reviews shes not the best with time management and how long you're waiting. Ive been there multiple occasions where she never came in for appointments or was hours late. But besides that she killed my elbow piece I let her do her idea of what would look better rather than my idea of solid color she shaded it and used white ink that I'm always ask if it's real because of how great it came out. She did such good small line work and being on my elbow is great. If you're looking for a comfortable atmosphere I recommend them, they've made my tattoo experiences great. read more

My cousin had a tattoo done by Rob some months ago, as I saw on her Insta. From there, I found Rob's Insta with his other work. Someone with a penchant for the dark and macabre, I knew he'd be the one to do my next tattoo. After seeing a few Tim Burton inspired pieces, I requested Lydia Deetz à la Beetlejuice with her camera. I paid the deposit and came back a week later to scope out my drawing. It was perfect! I was blown away. Better than what I even imagined it would look like, and then I couldn't wait for the actual tattoo day. My friend, after noting my excitement, also wanted to get a tattoo for her three kids and he designed something for her as well. The day came and Rob executed a flawless piece. I was originally going to have the tattoo on my inner arm but ended up moving it to my leg. He is light handed so the tattoo wasn't even painful (except for a few lines that REALLY hurt). Just finished my third piece by Allen. He's just the best. I mean we vibe to the point where he knows my style and makes each piece a symbol of who I am. It's rare to find an artist who knows where my head is at even when I can't fully explain it. His lines and shading are perfection. I can go on and on but I'm happy I found my official artist. I went to Ink Sanctuary while they were having a fundraiser for an agency I love (VIBS). I got 2 tattoos that night by Jada. I do NOT recommend this tattoo studio. The studio was so unorganized but I figured it must be because of the event. My first tattoo (arrow with believe in the middle) was hand drawn on my arm. I showed her the inspiration picture. I told her specifically how I wanted the feather part. She drew on my arm and asked me several times if I approved it. I repeated what I wanted each time. She began to tattoo and used a light grey line throughout the tattoo. She then went threw it with a darker grey line and finally followed by black lines. For those who have been tattooed before know that seems like a newbie or someone not confident of their abilities. In the end she did what she wanted to my tattoo anyway. She made the feathers completely different (top did not match the bottom). She said she was done and I immediately questioned her about it and told her I wasn't happy. She told me she pictured the tattoo with a light source. I told her we never discussed a light source and I wanted exactly what I told her several times before. She corrected the feathers by making them equal. Unfortunately she made them box like. She went to correct the arrow and I refused to let her continue with it. I will say my second tattoo which was a triquetra (stencil was used) was ok. I will still have to have it fixed as the lines are different thicknesses. In the end I am waiting for it to heal so I can see a different tattoo artist to have it corrected (if possible) if not then hopefully covered. No I will not go back here to have them correct it. I truly feel as if she did not listen to me at all. The best part I saved for last...while I was being tattooed...she told me how she had added the space we were in and how ever since doing that she had experienced allergy like symptoms. She then said to me that someone had told her to get it checked for mold! Yes! You read that right! I do NOT recommend this location. Instead I would recommend Empire State in Amityville, NY. I have been there and it is impeccable. I will be going there to get help fixing or covering the ones done by this location. From now on I wont go anywhere else but Empire State. read more

I got my cross tattoo fixed by Jade and another tattoo by Jade . She did an absolutely amazing job . I am so happy with my tattoos ! Jade is a beautiful person and a very talented artist , I am so happy that I went to her for my tattoos . I am so grateful to her for doing such a fantastic job . She listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with my tattoos. Everyone at ink sanctuary is super nice and I am usually so nervous about getting tattoos , but Jade made me feel very comfortable . I had a great experience . Complete joke. Felt like I was on a hidden camera show. Artist Jade was an hour late to appt and proceeded to take ANOTHER 3 hours to figure out & draw what I wanted while her boyfriend was groping her. Yes, you read that correctly. Area was a disorganized mess and filthy. Came back to actually get the tattoo only bc I had a gift certificate for $300. Came back second time had a 5:00 appointment. She told me she was running a few minutes behind with an earlier appointment that wanted some more detail. I'm a very patient person & I'm a restaurant manager so it takes a lot to piss me off plus to write a review on yelp which I despise. Waited in waiting room for another 3 HOURS. Finally got up and left at 8:30, she didn't even realize I left til after 9. Total lack of respect of other people's time. I'm sure she's a good tattoo artist but don't waste your time bc they obviously don't care about your time. read more

Probably one of the worst tattoo parlors ive been too. I sat for 2 and a half hours before deciding to leave because nobody helped me out with a consolation. There was also another man next to me who had an appointment and his artist was 2 hours late and he was still waiting.
