I had a vision of what I wanted done as a tribute to my sons and from my initial inquiry through the finishing touches they helped me bring it to life. Communication was spectacular every step of the way - I shared an overview of what I was looking for through those first texts which paved the way for a terrific consultation where Jesse took the time to go over everything, let me know what he needed from me, and provided some great resources for picking out the right font, even providing helpful pointers for what to look for in different fonts so that it would continue to look great for years to come. On arrival day of Jesse already had a mockup ready to go and was more than accommodating with some minor changes I wanted done. I can't say the process was painless for obvious reasons but it was as smooth as one could ever hope for. The work was clean, the price was extremely fair, and I left with a piece I'm super happy with that has already received a bunch of compliments even though it's still in the healing phase. South Shore has my highest recommendation and has definitely won a repeat customer with me. Can't wait to do it again.

Fast forward to now, I was looking for a local tattoo artist who did really good line work. I'm a bit of a space head because I didn't realize that, when I found Alicia's work on Instagram, I had already met her. I recognized her upon walking in, and again had an amazing experience. She was again very helpful and just nice during the entire process. I got a lotus tattoo on my sternum and she did a BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL job. She has done a few pieces that looked very similar, so I knew she would be the perfect artist to do mine. I have already received numerous compliments on the tattoo, even from the critical friends :p She actually had me come in a few days later to replace some of the "extra skin layer" that you leave on afterwards since a little had come off.
