Rob, the owner and the artist who did my tattoo, was incredible. From the minute I walked in, the vibe was relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely chill. There was absolutely no pressure at any point--it felt more like hanging out with friends than sitting through something intimidating. That alone took away so much of the pain and nerves. Everyone in the shop is super friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Conversation was flowing the entire time, to the point where I didn't even look at a screen once--I was just fully comfortable and distracted in the best way. And on top of the experience, the tattoo itself came out amazing--clean, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted (if not better).
