I got a cover up from Ink Slingas in 2018!!! Unfortunately I cannot recall the persons name who did it but it was a brother with locs. Very professional am such a creative!!! I love my tattoo, it's my favorite one! Initially I had lips and a Cherry, which I outgrew. I visited with my idea and bare bone thoughts of my vision and he did his thing!!! I loved the use of color and the elegance! I will return. The vibe of the establishment was normal, it was not fully crowded, though it's on the 69th strip it wasn't sketchy. I'm grateful and when I'll ask the same guy who did my cover up. Prices were good, it's been 8 years so I'm sure things are higher. But It was clean an the quality so worth it!!! read more

They didn't make sure I have my earrings in the same place i ask the girls to fix the dots twice but she couldn't make them look even, just make sure you put the dots your self that way you make sure is where you want it, when I went to have my helix ones that's what I did and I like how they look by the way the girl this time gets mad because she didn't put the dots how I want and that's why I ask if I can do it my self I just didn't want them to mess up with my earrings again read more

I would be extra cautious and weary coming here for any service. Unless you don't mind being treated poorly and met with disrespect. Customer service is nonexistent at this shop, the worst I've ever experienced. The piercer that was at the shop the night I went was absolutely the worst. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. First, we were never greeted when we walked in. She was very cold, short with us, and gave off the energy that she didn't want to be there. It was my little sisters first time getting her nose pierced and she is traumatized from the experience. She wanted her nose and ears pierced. The piercer never walked her through the process or gave her any type of warning before piercing. The whole process was rushed. She didn't even pierce it right the first time and had to do it over again. After watching blood gush from my sisters nose, she never soothed her, offered any reassurance, or asked if she was okay. She kept fumbling with the piercing without saying anything, while my sister was in pain. My sister was visibly anxious and she continued to be apathetic and cold. She had a rude attitude the entire time and it was unwelcoming and unpleasant energy to be around. We all got the message that she didn't want us there. Why be at a place of work where you give someone an attitude for wanting the service you're providing. If you wanted to sit on your ass the whole night, you could do that at home. After my sister was traumatized from her nose piercing, she was apprehensive about her ears being pierced. After this was vocalized my sister was met with a snarky response saying "you don't get a refund, so you might as well go ahead and get it pierced" My other sister wanted her ears pierced but she has a nickel allergy. She asked about accommodations for her ear sensitivity. She can only wear nickel free earrings. She too was met with the same apathetic and cold energy. She was not given an adequate response. The piercer's incompetence was bewildering. As a result my sister opted out of getting her piercing because she felt she was burdening the service person with her questions and was turned off by her unwelcoming energy. I will not be returning and do not recommend anyone to go here! read more
