I generally park near the entrance with Quickly, near Fresco Supermarket. Parking near Macy's got to be a problem with people not paying attention. I didn't see a Burlington, so they must be okay for now.

I had no shopping list in mind, but I always enjoy slowly cruising through the store to check things out. When I remembered an item I needed, I looked it up in my Target app, which told me which aisle to find it. As I looked a little lost trying to find the aisle, a nice Target employee, Crystal B. quickly asked if she could help me, and proceeded to lead me to it! While I was looking through the food section, I could hear quiet little "hellos" from other employees. At the cash register, Vicky was friendly and engaged in conversation with me. Overall, I had a most pleasant shopping trip, mainly due to the friendly employees. The store was clean, organized and easy to shop. I also shop at Target for value. Prices are pretty competitive so it's a no-brainer for me to shop here. I'm pretty sure I'll be coming back to this store more often!

But it was a different version of the product I wanted (Milani setting spray for my fiancée) and also not the size I was looking for. She said she would find someone to help me. I went to get another item she helped me find, but when I came back no one was there and the "help" she said she would get me wasn't there either. I went up to two other female employees who were just giggling and laughing while stocking and they basically told me I had to wait for someone in the department to come out. I got frustrated and asked them if they could just call someone over and they both started mumbling to themselves and looking around saying "oh I don't know she might be over there somewhere" without directly saying it to me. I was furious at that point. I stopped someone coming out from the back and told them I have asked 3 people and everyone just feels like they shrugged me off. I showed him the item was in stock on the app but just stated it's in the "health and beauty section" but no specific aisle. What did he do? Hit the "specifications" tab on the app, typed in a code on his device, and found it within a couple minutes. I wish I got his name but I already wasted so much time looking for someone to just point me in the right direction instead of giving me the runaround. I'm grateful for the man that helped me find a setting spray that the other 3 women should've been able to find, but wow what a frustrating experience.

From the moment I met Mo and his team, everything changed. They took the time to truly understand my vision, asked the right questions, and immediately took detailed notes. They followed every instruction without missing a single detail, which gave me complete confidence in their work. We initially agreed the custom piece would take about a week since they have an in-house jeweler. Because this was such a meaningful Christmas gift, I asked if they could have it ready by December 23rd at the latest. To my surprise, they designed and perfected the piece in just three days--a full six days ahead of schedule! I regularly go for a cleaning & yesterday I went to get my wedding ring cleaned and left with an upgrade. Patty, Mo & Aleem were all so nice. Patty was very patient while I tried on pretty much all the rings. Aleem & Mo were also very helpful. I had to get my ring sized and it was ready the next afternoon. We will continue to shop here!
