They answered right away and were able to give me a quote over the phone, Steph is so kind! The whole experience of getting the piercing was excellent, any questions I had were answered and I felt at ease about the whole process (I had scar tissue from when I first had my ears pierced with a gun so I was concerned about that affecting the process and was able to discuss my concerns and felt reassured that it wouldn't be an issue). Steph was quick and explained everything as she went, we ended up having a great conversation. During checkout they give you an after care pamphlet and stress to please call if you have any issues with your piercing! It's been a little over a week now and my ears are healing up really well with no issues.

He broke the needle 3-4 times and replaced the needle without showing me that the new needle was sterile. Afterward, he bandaged my leg and told me not to take it off for a week. I went home and did as instructed. Three days later, a sore appeared right below the tattoo. It was raised and red and hurt. Then the place sank in. Nothing ever came out of it. I had my tattoo on November 11, 2023. By January 1st, I was in the hospital with 103 degree fever. The doctor said that I had two types of strep in my blood. This led to a 5 day stay in the hospital... 5 days of missed work. I also had a dermal done and it came out ... bar and gem. I will NEVER go back. I am trying to sue.

I had already read rave reviews about her and her work, so I felt super comfortable with her! Not once did I question the sanitation of the environment or any of their methods. She was very informative and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. This is my second nostril piercing, so she took extra time and care into lining up the two piercings as much as possible. She did a fantastic job! Detailed aftercare instructions were provided (LITHA - leave it the hell alone!) I can't be happier and I highly recommend Tee for any of your body piercing needs!!

The staff is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on how to keep your fresh body modifications clean and healing up as quickly as possible. They keep a level of professionalism that is only matched by their open attitudes. I've been pierced three times from their shop (lip, industrial, and my gauges) and each time was walked through the steps of being pierced, how to keep it clean, and double check to see if it was what I really wanted. Rob (shop owner) on several occasions helped me decide on which type of piercing would look best with my physique and facial structure, something that I appreciate greatly as a recurring customer. One thing that I hate about many different shops is that they have an almost "holier than thou" attitude that makes me, as a customer, not want to return or even get a modification done, despite how talented the artists are. I've never had a problem like this at Devotion. Frankly, I think this is one of the most important aspects of customer service in this kind of industry--I need to be able to trust you, as an artist, to not screw the work I want done and I want to be able to approach you and get an honest opinion about the work I want done. I worked with Rob to get my 2nd tattoo design redone for about an hour before he started actually working on me just to make sure that the design was exactly what I wanted. (If it's permanent, no one should accept anything less than perfect, really). The prices are very reasonable and match the current market prices in terms of piercings and hourly rates for tattoos. On top of that, the work by the artists is phenomenal, so you're getting a solid investment when you chose to get your work done here. They also have a wide range and style of jewelry to choose from and know many local artists who are willing and able to make personalized and unique sets. If you want a relaxed atmosphere that maintains true professionalism and has high-quality art, check 'em out. I would give them 5 stars, but no shop is perfect.
