They answered right away and were able to give me a quote over the phone, Steph is so kind! The whole experience of getting the piercing was excellent, any questions I had were answered and I felt at ease about the whole process (I had scar tissue from when I first had my ears pierced with a gun so I was concerned about that affecting the process and was able to discuss my concerns and felt reassured that it wouldn't be an issue). Steph was quick and explained everything as she went, we ended up having a great conversation. During checkout they give you an after care pamphlet and stress to please call if you have any issues with your piercing! The first reason was my pain tolerance is LOW and after talking to all my friends who had them said it felt like a cheese grater scraping your skin for hours. lol eeek! The second reason was because I keloid if cut too deep so I was afraid of that too. My husband has a huge tattoo from Made to Last but I couldn't go to the same guy because that guy moved out of the city. My good friend said he had a guy who could do it with no problem and he was right! He was also at Made to Last so it was a win win for me. After I knew what a wanted, I booked with Matt Skinny and away I went down the path of getting my tattoo! I LOVE the old house they are in and so admire that they kept the old charm. It so doesn't feel like a tattoo place. Loved all the clientele that walked in and loved all the conversations that were happening around me. I felt comfortable and calm and it took my mind off of the cheese grating that was happening on my arm!!! Lolol! I'm VERY pleased with my results and I've already talked to him about the other tattoo that I want!!! It's only been four days and the tattoo looks as if it's been there for years. I asked her if it would hurt and she asked me what I have all had pierced and said how it would only hurt a little more than my ear, this is what I wanted for her to be serious with me it truly helped me get ready. She was super friendly and I was comfortable the whole time she is very good at what she does and I wasn't just a job for her to get in and out of her area she enjoys what she does and that's so good. I also loved the form I had to fill out it truly made me be like they are legit and going to give me great service which is what they did.
