I took interest in the information provided during the juice tour. Learning about our bodies and having the opportunity to hear information that's is resonating with my spirit of change. This place is absolutely beautiful! When I initially walked into The Wellness Spot, I was very impressed. But as I continued to tour all of their rooms, my feelings of being impressed quickly turned into awe. This spot is hugeee with so many different opportunities for varying, pleasant experiences such as options for pedicures/manicures, a sauna room, and even just a room to relax after your massage. Hearing the vision of what the owner desired and then seeing it via the tour, it was crystal clear that her vision was being executed very well. Apparently, The Wellness Spot has an annual Press Pause retreat, which is a 10/10 experience. We started with a small meet and greet and then went into the practice of yoga. Then we transitioned to one of their other rooms where the guest talked to one another, drank wine, and ate finger food from the charcuterie board. Then gradually, each guest was called down for their selected service (a facial, a massage, and another service that I can't remember). The service I had was a 30 minute massage with Ashley which was AUHMAZING. She had the perfect amount of pressure and focused on the right target points. I was saddened when the experience ended. But, I would definitely recommend this service by Ashley to ALLLL! Then we ended the retreat with "sound" therapy, which was super relaxing. After the sound therapy session each guest was given a personalized gift bag. If I lived in the area, I would definitely frequent The Wellness Spot. It is absolutely a must visit. read more

I enjoyed a fantastic deep tissue massage with Sydney. As soon as you walk in, you feel a positive vibe and spirit. Antonia greeted us with a beautiful smile and Sydney was waiting to take me to my treatment room. I added on to my massage with a scalp massage and hot stones... so worth the additional money! This was my second time visiting Wellness Spot. I experienced the most amazing hot stone manicure and pedicure by Robin. The atmosphere is always relaxing and welcoming. Robin's positive energy and attention to detail made this experience great. I was in town for my nephews wedding, and the Wellness Spot was the perfect way to start off a wonderful weekend. I was treated to a massage and facial for my birthday, and it was everything I could have hoped for! Admittedly, there was a good amount of stairs to get to the services. I'm not sure if there are ADA accommodations for those who may be unable to walk down the steps. Once down there, I was led to a small room and given a robe and basket for my things. They also provided a satin bonnet for my hair! The massage was great. My massage therapist listened, and the pressure was perfect. My aesthetician was also a gem. She's been in the skincare industry for 30+ years, and it shows. The whole experience was relaxing and refreshing. I'll definitely be back. Parking is scarce in front of the establishment, so you'll probably fare best with street parking. read more

Beautiful space and delightful service. Every time I visit I leave in a blissful state and I can't wait to return. Truly a quality experience. The reason for giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the massage rooms is next to a break room with no proper door so you can hear muffled sounds which slightly disturbs your relaxation. I really enjoyed barre class. The levels range from beginner to intermediate. It was my first time taking the class and I was able to pickup the routine really fast. The instructor is really personable accommodating. She meets everyone where they're at in regards to skill level. I even stayed for a while to see the routine for dance class and it was lit. 5 stars! Service and communication is great! We booked a Spa Party for a Bachelorette Weekend. Contacted the Spa via email and they responded quick, fast and thoroughly. Upon arrival..wow, the Spa looks more beautiful in person than online (Instagram). The vibe, aesthetics, and the melanin in the building! We received 1hr massages and cbd foot soak. The decor and ambiance were amazing - it smells so good in there! When you walk in you're immediately transmitted to a totally different space and time, like you're not even on Main Street. So let me tell you. We had our girls day and it was EVERYTHING. The girls came out of each session like their lives had changed. There was Champaign and a fruit and cheese plate. They've also since expanded so that the spa party massages happen in a separate space, so that you and your friends don't have to worry about your giggling or hooting and hollering disturbing the other guests. My experience with The Wellness Spot is mixed. When I was able to have a service performed, it was wonderful. I'd previously had a 90 minute massage and it was one of the best massages that I've had. The environment is relaxing, the decor and ambiance are soothing and everything is well put together. However, my recent interactions have been lacking. Over the past few weeks, we've attempted to book two massages to occur at the same time as part of a birthday celebration. The online booking system won't allow multiple bookings, and instructs to call/email to secure the services. We've called multiple times, left voicemail, sent email, even an IG message and have received NO response. We ended up booking our services with another business. We were also planning to book a separate girls spa day to celebrate a friend's promotion, but after the lack of communication, it was decided that we would look someplace else. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience around the holidays while attempting to purchase gift certificates. I'd called with no response and when I went in person to make the purchase, there was no one at the desk or anywhere in the upstairs area. After several minutes of waiting, I had to go downstairs and find someone in the office area for assistance. When I explained that I'd been trying to reach them for three days, I was asked "Did you leave a message?". They offered that they were busy as it was the holidays. I thought it was a one-off experience, but the past several days shows that it wasn't. I'm not going to fight to spend my money. I also want my time to be respected. If The Wellness Spot can repair their communication problems and responsiveness, it will be a standout. Until then, I can't support this business. read more

Upon entering I acquired theor zen vibe that welcomes you from the front door to the back patio (yes, they have one there). My masseuse was very attentive and skilled. My sister and I are always looking for an opportunity to spend time together when I do my day trips to ATL. The wellness spot was not just an experience...it will be a lifetime memory. We were greeted graciously as soon as we came in with welcoming faces. We were a bit early so we got a personal tour of the facility which was decorated absolutely beautifully. Then, we went to an enclosed porch area to wait for our services to begin. Complimentary drinks were offered including champagne and wine tea and water. After completing our first service, we met back in the enclosed porch for lunch which was delicious and plated from the nearby brake Pad. After our lunch, we went to our second service and it honestly felt like being at a cousins house as we all laughed, shared stories were present in the moment. Since this was a day trip for me and my flight didn't leave for a few hours, they offered for us to just chill there and continue to catch up.
