    I tried this nail salon again after a disappointing visit to their other location down the road…read more Justin performed my service (dip gel fill), and I am extremely unhappy with both the workmanship and his behavior. He applied numerous layers of base and top coat over dip gel, and repeatedly applied activator to the dip, which is not standard practice, which produced an uneven, poor finish. My nails are lumpy, top coat doesn't cover the whole nail on some fingers, and there are divers in them. And... IT'S NOT EVEN THE COLOR I PICKED. With dip, you can't see the actual color until the end. I was so distracted and frustrated that I didn't realize it until later. I picked a pretty sparkly red. This is a solid shiny red. When I raised concerns about the quality of my nails, Justin was dismissive, spoke to coworkers in his language instead of addressing the issue, and even laughed at me while looking me in the face. He was huffing, banging things around, stopped finishing my nails so he could condescendingly explain to me why I was "wrong" about the quality of my nails, etc. It was so unprofessional and disrespectful. After an 80-minute appointment I left frustrated, and when I got to my car in natural light the nails looked even worse. I returned to the desk and showed Tiffany; she agreed the finish was uneven and offered for Justin to fix them. Because he had already been rude and argumentative, I did not feel comfortable having him touch my nails again. Tiffany acknowledged his behavior and said he was "offended" by my feedback, then suggested I come back another day, despite other staff being available (sitting around on their phones) at the time. I asked for a refund because I'll need to have my nails corrected elsewhere- that's how noticeably bad they are. I don't expect perfection- I just expect for my nails to at least look good. I was also told that cuticle care costs extra, since they didn't do that for me today. So the $51 I paid covered only a (poor) dip fill with no nail art and no cuticle work. Given the combination of poor technique and dismissive and rude staff behavior, I cannot recommend this salon or their other location. Go anywhere else besides here and their other nail salon (Ultra Lux).

Also there is hairs in my polish!!! no self-awareness on time when I told him that I had somewhere to be! also got a pedicure they charged for an expensive pedicure when the pedicure was only 30 minutes. with nothing extra the guy after receiving a pedicure, sat in the massage chair, massage himself for however, long. and wiped his glasses on the pedicure towels talk about disgusting this business is runNing itself into the ground if they don't figure it out!

I called and spoke with Rae who told me she is the only one at the salon and that she would work with me to do my fill. She told me to book for an hour and a half fill because she wanted time to "talk" about what to do with my lashes but she would only charge me for an hour fill. I was already worried about that because of the pricing difference but I booked it as directed. Then I had visitors who were staying with me that ended up having to leave later on Saturday than originally planned so I tried to cancel my appointment via Facebook when we found out Friday evening for an appointment Saturday at 10. I understand that I cancelled within 24 hours and that you should charge a fee of maybe $25-$30 for the inconvenience but to charge me $100 dollars is RIDICULOUS! I mean at least allow people to use it towards rescheduling an appointment!!! So if I did even want to reschedule I would've had to pay $200 to get a FILL! Also on the phone she basically told me I wasted her time because now she would have a gap in her schedule and wouldn't be able to fill it. I told her I'm sure she could probably contact her clients and they would be willing to come in early or to contact someone who was looking to get an appointment today. She scoffed at me. I ended up hanging up on her because I was just so frustrated. Honestly don't expect good customer service here, she is completely unwilling to work with customers and just keeps telling you that's the company policy. I've worked in customer service for years and can tell you that to just blow off a customer or potential customer with "company policy" when it's already a small business is not the way to build up your reputation.
