A 2.5/3 star, really. Rounded down for two reasons; one, a pet peeve that they didn't make it clear when they offered me a drink at the beginning, it was included. Would be great to tell customers not assume they will see the sign on the wall off to one side. While the technician did a fine job giving me a naked polish as requested, with just clear polish, he didn't smooth and file my nails to look polished. I have been there several times before and had great service. The individuals that did my gel polish manicure previously are no longer working there. This time I was disappointed. I had a French gel manicure and within 2 days it started to peel. I was able to peel the gel polish completely off all nails. I had regular polish for my pedicure and one of the toes the polish peeled off within 3 days. Disappointed with the cost of the manicure and pedicure that the polish didn't last longer. Really disappointed in the quality of the work and customer service. I had a gel pedicure and powder dip powder manicure. The gel polish and some sort of dust/clump that was painted over, which they corrected upon request. However the dip manicure was really poor quality...super thick application, lumpy top coat, and goop under the nails. A few minutes after leaving, one of my nails chipped. I returned and asked for a refund. They declined, even after offering to keep the tip. Still declined to give me a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this place. read more

Tom did a fabulous job with my pedicure. Would love to see him again but very upset about my natural nails being clipped down to the skin during the manicure. A months worth of effort down the drain. During the pedicure the chairs were nice felt very calm and inviting. During my manicure. Felt very rushed and needing to be moved on to the next person. In my opinion poor planning on who can do acrylic and who can't. Obviously my person could do more than just a manicure Tried a new place since my normal place wasn't open and I have a very strange schedule. Thought it would work but don't think it will. The nail tech was super friendly and nice she did great with the design very satisfied with the design, however on the very next day my nails looked like they needed a fill in very unhappy with the PRODUCT itself, felt very low quality. called the next day and there like "i will forward the message to a manager they will call you, called again same thing "the manager will call you the next day "the manager will call you" called for 4 days and finally there like well the manager is on a flight" and did nothing about it, actually embarrassing for me to have these nails on. Don't spend your hard earned money here. And basically was never able to get ahold of a manager. Either they don't like to deal with the customer complaints or there all on vacation/leave who knows. read more

Although my pedicure came out lovely, my "manicure" was a huge disappointment. They asked if I wanted anyone specific and I said no but just someone who's skilled with cleaning up cuticles. They did not even touch my cuticles, not even to push them back, let alone trim them. Had to do it myself the next day. I asked for a manicure before getting a full set, that never happened. There's a huge gap between the polish and the cuticle so day of, my nails already look grown out. Two are completely crooked which I tried to point out more than once but was never given the opportunity since I was stopped mid sentence both times and told that the technician was simply not done yet. All in all, pedicure looks really great, manicure is easily one the worst if not the worst I've ever had The establishment seems clean, new, pretty on the inside with lovely decorative bar. With all the bottles of sparkly champagne on the wall, it would've been nice if they actually carried anything of the sort. read more

I had appointment at 1 today for my mom and I to get Pedicures. A gentleman started at 1 on my mom nobody for me. It's 1:30 still nobody for me. So I called a girl over and I told her that usually when you have appointment and 2 pedicures they usually start at the same time so you're both done at the same time. Another lady came over and told me to lower my voice the whole salon can hear me. I told her I don't care who can hear me I'm trying to make a point that you could of waited until there Were 2 employees to do it at the same time and that I'm not going to make my mom wait for me when she is almost done and no one started on me so I'm not getting a pedicure now. Then all of the sudden 2 employees came to me and said they could do it where were you half an hour ago. I said not now that my mom is almost finished I'm not going to have her wait. I was sold gift certificates at Christmas time and was told I could use them as cash. I have used 4 of them so far and today I was told I could not use or combine them with my coupon which is news to me because I have combined them 4 other times. The manager /owner is rude and nowhere on my gift certificate does it state that it cant be combined. I was told to use them as cash when I got them. I was scammed .... It's to bad because the nail techs are very nice but the owner is horrible. I will no longer be giving them my money.if I could give Zero stars , I would happily do so. read more

This place is usually my go-to for my nails. Q does such a great job and I usually schedule my appointments with her. Unfortunately, this past appointment they did not honor my appointment request for Q and put me with a younger gentlemen. I do not remember his name, but I've never met someone as rude and lazy in my life. He put no effort into my pedicure and did not provide the services laid out in the pedicure menu. The entire manicure he was huffing and puffing and complaining about the way my hand was positioned during the manicure. It got to the point where I almost got up and left. He also forgot to add the design to my nails, and when I mentioned this he told me "it was too late". He also complained about how my nails looked from the previous manicure, which was done at their salon. He was actually showing my nails to other nail techs and began laughing. I've heard other people complain about this specific nail technician in the past as well. I'll update this post with his name once I find out. He sits in the back, first chair on right side. Went second time for pedicure and nails and had Nina. She was sweet too. Went back for a polish change and had Evan who was also great! I'd probably ask for him the next time.
