I was super nervous going in (mind you I have tattoos) not because of the pain but because this is permanent tattoo on your face. Rachel explained everything step-by-step very thorough and informed me of everything that was going to happening before, during and after process! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had an amazing experience with Rachel and Cristian. I had one session with Cristian and I love the results so much that I decided to take the SMP course and it was incredible. Let me just start this with WOW Rachel is AMAZING & a total master at permanent makeup. Shes professional, sweet & completely personable. Ok so I've always struggled with doing my own makeup & it's the most frustrating thing when you do one eyebrow good & the second one looks like i did it with my eyes closed. Today Rachel blessed my face with her talent! I love the ombré powder brow technique she does. It truly looks like my makeup was professionally done although it's permanent! The process took about 4 hours. Rachel explained everything that was taking place from initial photos, the brow mapping, the tattooing, numbing, & aftercare. I felt so comfortable the entire time (pain was minimal) & she gave me the autonomy to tell her what I wanted as far as arch, shape, darkness. (I went with all of her suggestions as she's the professional). I truly couldn't be happier with the result. Everything was precise & beautiful. The price seem good so I decided to give them a chance and when the day of my appointment came I arrived in a business location to a very professional looking fancy place very clean and super professional. Upon arrival I met with Christian and Rachel whom are the owners and they are the most friendly professional people I ever met they are super awesome! I went to Rachel back in December of 2020 when she was still in her studio, but let me tell you her work is PHENOMENAL. I came to her for a coverup because I hated my old set of brows as the previous artist had made them completely uneven. Rachel made me so comfortable and made sure that she wouldn't start tattoing until I 100% loved the shape (a complete 180 from the first time I got my brows done by a different artist). She paid so much attention to detail and took her time doing my pre draw and it was absolutely perfect. During my coverup she made sure I was comfortable and asked if from time to time if I wanted more numbing. Keep in mind third time getting done and still blotchy Eyebrows look worse now than they did before and on top of it I have to fight with my bank to get my money back and a deposit because her website said 4 PM and she marked me as a no-show at 2 PM and this will be my third time getting them filled in now Rachel, the business owner won't even let me come in again to fix my eyebrows and even pay for it to do it again regardless of her keeping my deposit so I'm stuck with these very ugly/blotchy eyebrows but she won't even let me pay to fix. I have always drove over an hour to see her along with get her clients and on top of it TIP $60-$80 each time it's not right to take advantage of Covid. I guess when you book through her website and she has her timing wrong that's how she could keep your money and refuse to fix your horrible looking eyebrows. It's not a smart business move as an owner I'll tell ya that much. So disappointed and my eyebrows are forever stuck like this l. I just wanna pay to fix them :( read more
