Stay far far far away from crooks like Trucle and her family staff. I went to get my old microblading removed and Truc swore that she could get it removed completely after 4-5 sessions. Turns out, she just used skin-color ink to trace over the old microbladed areas. After 8 sessions, no improvements only got worse and the shade she used didn't even match my skin tone. Please be sure to ask Truc to commit to the appointments/services that she has with you. Truc tends to cancel you for other higher paid services without letting you know in advance. I find this act annoying and unprofessional. Before telling you the bad experiences with Truc, I just want to let you know that Truc is very dedicated to things that she does. For this, I give her 5 stars and I did several months ago. First time, after making an appointment in advance with Truc, I came to her clinic and learned that she was not available. Her reason was that she didn't know I wanted her and she pushed me to another esthetician although in the text I clearly said that I wanted her to do the service for me. Several months later, I returned with the thought that I might be hard on her and gave it another try. Things went smoothly for a few months after until recently she texted me just right at the appointment time telling me that she couldn't do it because she's having another customer right at the time that she booked for me. The part that really pissed me off was that after making another appointment to make up for the massage that she skipped on the facial service that she already charged, she texted and canceled again. Truc, You really made me upset by canceling me this third time. My understanding for you has reached its limit and I'm afraid I will not be returning. I wish you success in your business. read more

I went to this place today, and this time is my 7th ance treatment. I am absolutely satisfied with the service. Honestly, I did not know Truc, a business owner, has acne treatment after my friend's recommendation. Before there were different types of pimples over my face, I was not confident to go out without makeup. Since I follow up with her acne treatments, plus acne microneedling, my face is getting better and better. Acne scars are getting faded away, pores are smaller, pimples are less and far less. After a day of pampering, a facial was in order to make it complete. Found Truc Le on Yelp and decided to give it a go. I went with a signature facial ($50). I didn't have to make an appointment and was able to walk in. The facial room was very clean. All the products were set out and everything had labels. I changed into a smock and then laid on the bed. The esthetician was very sweet. She came in and elevated my legs and put a very comfortable blanket over me. I am an Esthetician myself so I know everything that they do. She started off cleansing my skin. Then added various products and used the machine suction to remove the sh*t in my skin. Not painful. Not that I have much to remove. I lucked out with good skin. She spent a while doing the massage and I fell asleep. She started off slow and then got faster. The mask was awesome. She put it over my eyes and face. While it dried, she massaged my arms and shoulders. Then she peeled off the mask and put a hot towel on my face. She finished with a moisturizer. At the start of the facial, my skin was tingly since it is sensitive but by the finish it felt good. My skin looks very vibrant! Next time, I come back to Westminster, I would definitely come back here. read more

A friend in Orange County recommended Truc for my permanent eyebrow makeup. I was very nervous because this was my first time doing this. Living in San Jose I also have many choices here but I decided to give Truc a try. Truc was very professional, patient and focused. She took time to explain the process, meticulously drew the arches making my uneven brows even, and most importantly took time to let me get used to the discomfort. Beautiful eyebrows without breaking the bank! It was ridiculous of what others quoted me when asked about microblading/3-D. I am willing to pay for a great service and great outcome, but $500 c'mon. Some artists priced their service high to build up their credibility and strategy worked (for some). People often believe you get what you pay for, not in this case. I had my eyebrows tattoo over 25 years ago. The color and shape diminished. After talking to Truc and I saw her own brows, I knew she was the one. So here it is...The facility is very clean and equipment were sterile. My pain tolerant is low and so even with numbing agent, I still feel the pain. It was painful but, not so unbearable. I was on the table for 3 hours. She carefully used the blade like a paint brush and drawn in different strokes and hair length. I examined my eyebrows afterward, I could see varies directions, lengths, and colors combined making my eyebrows looks very natural and beautiful. I love waking up every morning having perfect eyebrows no matter how I feel. Makeup time has shortened by 10 minutes. With the Chinese's New Year promotion, I paid $175 and $25 tip. This price included a free 1 month touch up. Btw, my sister was going to pay $600 somewhere in HB, after seeing my eyebrows she was convinced, cancelled the other place. I found Truc Le through yelp. Great reviews and Pictures of her microbladding work is what got me to call and set up an appointment the same week. As soon as I got there, I showed her pictures of eyebrows that I liked because I was afraid to get the super arched, surprised looking eyebrows or what us Hispanics call them, "chola" eyebrows...anywho, Truc Le got to work, she began threading my eyebrows, taking measurements, mapping out points and then she penciled in an outline of what would be my new eyebrows which I approved of on her first try. Fast forward, I'm in a room tucked in on a table while she applied the numbing cream to my eyebrow area. We waited a few minutes for the numbing cream to work and she put on a mask, gloves, picked out an eyebrow color and began to microblade my eyebrows. It was a little bit painful but bearable. What I liked about Truc Le was the cleanliness of her shop, her professional manner and how she kept showing me my eyebrows as she microbladed away. I felt assured of her great work. About 3 hours later, I had beautiful, full and natural looking eyebrows. My makeup routine is faster now and I get lots of compliments.
