We've had such a great experience with Inland Arbor Care. We've used them more than once and they have always been honest, reliable, and fairly priced. They removed some palms for us previously and did a great job, and we're scheduled to have them come back soon to trim our other trees. A few weeks ago during some heavy wind, several branches from one of our trees fell into our neighbor's yard. I reached out to Jesse and he and his team came out the same day and took care of everything, which we really appreciated. It's hard to find companies that are both honest and dependable, but Inland Arbor Care has been exactly that for us. I made an appointment two months of advance. I communicated several Times how important this appointment was because my home insurance was at risk of cancellation unless I trimmed a few trees. The day of the appointment I receive a call that they will be cancelling because it was too "windy" (the windy had stopped completely by noon) Jesse told he would call me to reschedule. He never did. I called the office three times and no one ever picked up or called back. I left a message here through Facebook, which was acknowledged but she never offered another appointment time. Extremely unprofessional company that has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will make sure to spread the word to not use this company the next time someone asks for a recommendation. Luckily, I was able to find another licensed company to help me with my trees. do not use this company if you value your time and patience. EDIT: the company decided to reply to my review with the blatant lie that I did not call them after they cancelled my appointment. I was referred to this place by a mutual friend. Jesse, the owner showed up and gave me a free estimate and I scheduled with him to trim up my queen palm tree. I also had him look at 2 liquid amber trees that I have, but he advised me not to trim them due to some rotting he pointed out to me. At that point I knew I was going to be treated honestly as he took the time to explain to me why that was not a good idea. He showed up today with his crew and they got right to work and arrived exactly on time. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work that they performed. That's Jesse himself in the bucket lift performing his sculpting skills with the chainsaw. His crew cleaned everything up afterwards and left the area cleaner than it was before they arrived. Jesse and his team did a great job!! Our 1st appointment got postponed because of wind, but Jesse was good about rescheduling the job not long after. He's also very knowledgeable about trees. Our really big pine tree is in a small space and they trimmed it down and thinned it out beautifully. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned the branches up as they worked. We've used Inland Arbor Care a few times to trim the palm trees in front of our house. They are able to come out in a timely manner, arrive on time and ready to go. Not only do they do a great job trimming the trees (some are VERY tall) and take great pains to make sure they are even and look nice, they also clean up everything that drops from the trees as they are trimming. As a bonus, they provide great entertainment for my 2 year old grandson as he loves to watch them work. read more

This is my 2nd time of using Inland Arbor. Both times they were punctual. Trees were tall and were safely cut back and stumps ground down to below ground level. The trimmings were cleaned up. This business is incredible! I had them come out to give me an estimate on 2 trees that needed trimming this morning and they showed up on time, advised me to wait on trimming the trees because I have an avocado tree that is currently bearing avocados. And then they took care of my big tree that has grown over the roof of my house, right then and there! Took about 10 minutes tops.
