I messaged the owner Kristyn over the Nextdoor app and she sent her Arborist Eddie over right away. Eddie gave me a lot of good information And Kristen gave me an absolutely fair price for the job, which also included a job on a smaller elm tree that had a problem. After a strong wind storm our pine tree was falling over. It needed to be removed before it fell into the road. After requesting information on tree services, Kristyn contacted me immediately. I Was told that they would come out today and give me an estimate on two tree removals. I am disabled. I waited all day until almost 430 no one called me and no one came out. I called and talked to Kristin and she said Jesse was supposed to call me. She said they would try to come out tomorrow I told them never mind. I really don't appreciate people who don't even bother to let you know they're not coming. It shows a lack of respect. They may do really good work but I guess I'll never know. I had several issues with their communication and when it came to paying them, they had no way of accepting payment, accept for mailing a check to someone's house that had recently been sold. Several weeks after the job was half way completed, I received several calls from their former employees stating they were never paid for the work they had done. We need a tree taken out of our front yard. They did a great job. After recently moving to a house with a large tree that was (very sadly) rotted out, we needed to find a tree service to remove it. We got a few estimates that ranged from $400 from an unlicensed handyman up to $1,200 from competing tree services. At $750, including grinding the stump and hauling everything away, Linda's seemed like a good pick. I called to request the estimate Wednesday morning, had the estimate a few hours later, and scheduled the job for Thursday. Thursday morning while I was at work, the crew showed up and did their thing. I wasn't at home, but my family reported that Linda was quite friendly, and her crew was professional and capable. They asked if we wanted to keep any of the wood, or mulch from chipping the branches. We kept a few interesting pieces - and would have kept the mulch, but couldn't find a key for the gate that needed to be opened to dump the mulch. Not a problem, Linda offered to have her crew drop off mulch from another job the next time they were in the neighborhood, after we found the key. I didn't end up hiring tree care by design but let me tell you, I wish I would have! There is my 1st time getting a quote for something like this and Kristyn explained everything in detail what she was going to do especially with our fruit trees. I went with a cheaper rate and yes they did a good job but Kristyn would have saved my fruit and knew what she was doing versus just cutting it all off.
