Surprised the mall is very active and lively. When I was walking towards the mall, the parking lot…read morelooked empty and appeared dead. It looks like just one side of it is, but the opposite does have some life into it. A lot of stores, Spencer's is here, the food court is here, box lunch, a lot of surprising stores. Glad to see it has some life into it, but it also is extremely packed with dead stores and a lot of areas where homeless people gather and obviously do drugs and even break windows of some of these dead stores. They need to lease these stores and make them into new ones or just get better security to circulate the area. You can tell there's high crime around the area. Plus, I saw glass from broken car windows. Now I went to beyond this weekend at the NOS, and I know that this is actually pretty normal around this part of town, but that's crazy. Security needs to be increased for sure. Overall it is good to see a mall thriving, but low key, I did not feel safe here.

The mall has a few food places to check out and pretty good store selection. I noticed this last visit that a lot of the kiosk shops in the center have shut down. I'm not sure if it's economy based or because of theft. Parking here is crowded in some spots and dead in others. Near Pennys there's lots of parking but near the food court it's crowded.

Overall, it feels like the center was built with retail in mind, but not the full community experience. Nice art structure placed throughout the walkway. I don't know much about Riverside but I assume oranges have something to do with it as loads of oranges trees were planted. Could also be just for decoration. There's benches placed along the walkway for seating. Honestly, it's a cute little area but would I check it out again, maybe not. There's not much there. Maybe if I'm out for the night in the area but besides that, there's not much there. I'm not familiar with the area so maybe I'm missing something but it was fine checking it out. Not a great place to go to-- a ton of stupid stuff pops off at this indoor mall, the security guard pops off at the mouth with stupid things to say- he talks bad about people and shames them. He dates the vendors, and flirts with women on a daily basis while his "fiancé Michelle Martinez" who was a vendor there is supposedly pregnant stays home and does hardly anything. Don't select this mall to appear at go elsewhere you are better off. In return the security guard Jonathan Brooks Quenga who works there is a major STALKER who loves and feeds off of everyone's everyday drama. I don't care if he reads this and sees this-- a court ordered restraining order will go up and it will be a permanent one including my child in it because if your going to stalk me I will have myself and my family protected from you and your little girl. read more

DO NOT GO to the little piercing shop!! The guy is money hungry and that is all he is!! He doesn't care about his customers, their well being nor their needs. He will charge you first because he has no intentions on refunding you if his services don't work for you. I've been there 3 times, he should have seen me as a loyal customer, instead he gave me terrible service and charged me the third time for an earring that did not fit my ear and he would not refund my money! The lady that workes there yelled at me and cussed me out and snatched $1 out of my hand. She got upset because I tolled her I was going to give them a bad review.
