The staff is always friendly, the space is clean, and they accept insurance, which makes everything super affordable. Even when it's busy, they have another site available for additional therapy services, which is really convenient. The only recent change is that therapy services now have an additional cost, but they do offer memberships that make it much more affordable. If you're new, it won't feel like a change, but for long-time patients, it's just something to note. They also offer acupuncture and massages, and if your insurance covers it, those services can often be billed through insurance as well, which is awesome. Overall, five stars. Highly recommend!

The doctors don't keep a consistent schedule. They are late to appointments or randomly leave skipping appointments all together. I tried adjusting. The building is older building but they do their best to keep it up with pretty pictures, nice paint and very clean. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and met with my therapist "James." We sat down and discussed my needs, eating habits, past surgeries, medical issues, allergies, areas of pain and my sciatic nerve. He was very sympathetic, caring, passionate and sympathetic towards my needs. During my massage session he would ask if the level of pressure wasn't enough, too much or too less! Excellent questions to get more of an understanding of my body and pain levels etc. He was great and God sent considering I've been everywhere all over the Inland Empire! I came out feeling refreshed, relaxed and most of all out of my pain & discomfort. I've been coming here for over 6 months and love it! My therapist James Johnson is the best and each time I've came in he always ask me my areas of pain, any medical issues that may have changed etc. They always answer the phone and adjusted towards my crazy work schedule if needed. Their hours are limited but they are the best and worth waiting until their back open. All the staff members are very nice, restrooms are clean with plenty of toilet paper.
