I hired Inland Empire Catering with very little notice for a small company event in Temecula. They were able to work with us on price a bit to ensure we stayed within our budget and were able to adjust to some last minute schedule changes. Our chef was on time, prepared a beautiful spread of food for us, cleaned up the kitchen and grill, and packaged up some leftovers for us. The meal itself was delicious as well. What a success! Packed up and shut down 45 minutes early, Never announced/notified us food ready for guests, never announced/notified us last call for food. Food was not easily identified such as content, what is it? I officiated the evnt and when I took my first opportunity to eat, 1 hour prior to agreed upon serving to stop, there was only 1 table with potato chips! I heard all food was cold. The day I sent the order, I was feeling ill and in bed and this was the most important task for me to accomplish that day. Shalyn and her staff were so amazing! The prime rib!! WOW!!! the most tender prime rib I have ever had and we make it every year for Christmas. They knocked it out of the park. They were so professional and easy to work with. Our guests raved about the food all night. They were so quick in our kitchen and so professional. I trusted them completely. Once we were done, they removed everything and cleaned our kitchen. The chef was so sweet, the servers were so on top of everything. I cannot wait to use them again for my next event. Working with ILC leading upto the event date about menu, pricing, and guest# was not difficult. I appreciate all the prompt responses and straightforward answers/ info. I was uncertain of going thru with a celebration that way because didnt know exact # of ppl (pay per person) and was getting overwhelmed by changing headcount a cpl times & bk/forth (adding/deleting). Shalyn was understanding & didnt make me feel like I was getting on her nerves or wasting her time. That was recognized & really helped. Overall, I'm just so glad I didnt change my mind! As a couple whose 2020 wedding succumbed to covid shutdowns and postponement, we were blessed to have an opportunity to DIY our wedding into May 2021 at a family friend's private residence. We were lucky enough to find and hire Inland Empire to cater our wedding buffet. Shalyn and the chef exceeded our expectations from the first meet at our tasting to the day of our wedding. Shalyn was very accommodating throughout the entire process leading up to the date, with any changes or recommendations, catering to our likes, needs, and overall to WOW our guests. Their entire team made the cocktail hour and buffet area and serving feel so formal and pleasant in such a non-traditional, casual setting. After the wedding, all our guests couldn't stop raving about all the delicious food that was presented; we were even able to take some time to have our plate and taste all the exquisite taste! Shalyn and Roy Inland Empire Catering were amazing! I wanted to do something special for my wife's 40th birthday, but considering the times, finding anything social and safe was a chore. I decide to hire a personal chef for the evening and this place did not disappoint. Shalyn was very quick to respond to my initial questions and all follow ups I had. I received a four course menu with a wine pairing (which happened to be from a winery we visited earlier that day, which was great) at a very reasonable per head cost (no more then any nice restaurant I've ever been too, and the food was definitely better then some I might add). Shalyn and Roy did all the setup and break down of all their equipment and were very respectful of their work environment. Shalyn was also very accommodating considering I had people flake on me last minute ( but we ran in to some friends that joined us and made the night even better).
