This time months later I reach out and he apologizes and He mentioned since he had it for several months he was willing to fix it for the cost of parts. I agreed. Several months past and at this point I was fed up and reached out again. Same thing , admitting to neglect and apologizing for lack of communication. Very lame to take in jobs and not be transparent with clients. When I went to pick up my computer he made sure to brag about a super computer he was building for a client. LIKE I CARE. In addition to my NVRam rescue mission Okta went on (See my Previous Review to read about it)…read more.....I actually came back for more work to be done (a secondary project so to speak) where Okta put in Thermal Grizzly Kryosheet into my laptop (if anyone understands what this is it's actually very electrically conductive and quite risky to attempt doing on your own with a laptop) and to be honest AMAZING job yet again truly great! Okta took the time to place all the precautionary measures within the swap of thermals to protect my Motherboard in full (kapton tape and oil application for the pad) I will be evaluating this for the next couple of days to see if the the temps remain stable but to be honest initial overview of the temps are fantastic! Okta, you're the man yet again! Truly excellent work!
