My HP Envy all-in-one was failing me (after quite a few years) and was taking 15+minutes to start up and was SO SLOW it was reminiscent of dial up internet...it was becoming too painful and almost impossible to get work done. I reached out to Matthew's Computer Repair and told them what was going on and that I really hoped to just replace the Hard drive, as everything else "seemed okay". They took a look at it that same day (Friday I believe) and sent me a quote that was very reasonable. They explained that with a hard drive replacement and new SSD, my computer would likely run better and faster than when I first purchased it brand new. I moved forward with the repairs and they had it ready for pickup by Monday morning! My computer works like a dream and I am SO SO SO happy I went with Tori and Matthew. Customer service was amazing, communication through the process was top notch, estimate was on par with reality of what was charged in the end and the product I received back was FAR superior and exceeded my expectations! My computer was so compromised that it had to be taken back to factory instal . To add to the problems, my lap top was overheating. Austin you just what to do. Matthew has helped me out a couple of times. I totally recommend his services. He put an SSD and a new windows install in a laptop that I had bought and was never happy with it's speed. The computer was very functional when Matthew was done. Another time Matthew built an external SSD drive for me for video editing. When I was in the market for a new laptop, Matthew looked at the cost of building one for me, but ultimately provided a link to one that would meet my needs at a better price. Not only is Matthew knowledgable but his services have always been quick and his prices are fair.
