Price was fair and the work was decent, but communication was severely lacking. The installers just came and went without telling me they were done for the day and left some work to do where I had to call multiple times to get someone to come out and finish it. Do not use this company for anything because they did a quick and horrible job and would not return to fix their mistakes. I had them install sod and add additional sprinkler heads. Two other professional companies verified that I needed three more sprinkler heads to get the proper water coverage and Inland Lawn just said I needed to fertilize. I have to run my sprinklers three hours a day to try to keep the grass green which means I'm over watering in the other areas. Then they tried to negotiate with me and have me pay to have them do the job correctly. Now they have a computer answering their phones which means they will never come back. read more

Absolutely one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. Willy came out and gave us a quote and then we had the only hiccup in the process. The office sent my wife a text that included a suggested date to which my wife responded to them to call me to schedule. They did not call me and showed up a week ahead of when I expected them and proceeded to take care of removing garden boxes that I did not have time to take care of. Willy said it was least he could do for the inconvenience of showing up without the office having scheduled. The crew ran into some additional root systems from our neighbor's trees and tackled the problem like pros. They even had to bring in a few extra guys to get it all finished. While there was a bit of an issue with scheduling, Willy and his crew made sure to more than make up for it with an excellent experience while taking care of our back yard, he even showed up on Saturday to put some adjusted nozzles in our sprinkler heads. They left random needles, leaves, etc. all over the yard. After that, I discovered, when trimming the bushes, they cut open our sprinkler line, and left the chopped up plumbing lines in the bushes. Water was shooting out sideways from the cut drip lines in the bushes... They did a horrible job and now I have to repair sprinkler lines on top of it all. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY We should have learned our lesson last year, when they kept sending us the wrong bill, my wife had to put in extra work with their office admin to get this sorted out too. Great service! The office people I've talked to were super helpful at explaining things, and quick to call back with a price! love it's all set up online for easy payments. The crews that have showed have been quick and super friendly! Excited for the spider spray they did around my house! These spiders were an issue at my house last year. Excited for a beautiful green yard this year! The bushes look really good and they did a great job with the spring cleanup! I was very impressed with how beautiful they made it look! I gave them a shot after Spokane ProCare bombed. I love this service. They edge and mow and do what they quote for the price they quote. They show up on time and are fast. Billing is once a month and I pay online. Easy peasy. I couldn't be happier. I've had to contact them twice, once to set up my online account and once about skipping a week and they alway respond promptly. My lawn is really looking good. I called in Feb for diagnostics and repair. In late March a nice young fellow showed up out of the blue and checked out my system. He said that 3 of my solenoids needed replacing. When I attempted contacting them to schedule the work, I got no response. Eventually I gave up and called someone else, the problem was only a cut wire, not the solenoids. Three months later I got a "past due" bill from Inland. When I called the girl explained that they did not have my email address which delayed the billing on their part. I explained that I didn't feel it was appropriate to bill me for mis-diagnosing my system. She said she would discuss with her boss and get back to me. I didn't hear a thing from them until I got their bill from a collection agency. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances, the lack of professionalism is staggering. I used Inland Lawn Maintenance for over 8 years, until last year. I tried to resolve a situation that was unacceptable (massive weeds and grass in the shrub beds after weed control service), had a very heated and rude phone conversation with the owner and cancelled the service. I sent letters and pictures and ended up paying them over 1/2 of the $600+ service, and then paid over $500 to another lawn company to rectify the situation. I'm still getting bills even though I've sent letters with no reply. read more

I called them several times, followed their instructions, but still not heard from them. It is either a fraudulent company or they have no capacity to deliver the service. Beware...
