Eddie was quick and responsive to my inquiry. I had tried going local to get tank and was either on back order or would take weeks for a tank. I called Eddie and was able to get 250 gallon tank delivered and set in a few days, no hassles. Matt came to deliver and was helpful explaining the tank and how everything works. Only knock was they for got there dolly and we ended up using mine . Thankfully my dolly worked with the tank as they used straps. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for propane I had paid for from Amerigas to be told today they can fill my tank (my own personal tank), but they will bring their tank out. I only went with them for first time fill and I was able to shop around for propane. Other than their first time fill being a decent price, their regular prices are almost doubled from other companies and their customer service was not the best. (a long story) THEN, I called Inland and spoke with Eddie, who was super nice. I have a new tank on the way with 100 gallons of propane to start. This company has been a lifesaver. read more

The customer service is excellent...honestly they over deliver and I am so appreciative. We are stuck with an company that was bought out that is overcharging us, not delivering on time and leaving us without hot water or heat on several occassions...not to mention, the two women running the lical office are uninformed and flat out RUDE. I've never been treated with such disrespect so many times(ferrell gas). It's been the most awful experience, so after speaking with the representatives from Inland Propane, I was relieved to know there was a company that actually cares about their customers. Apparently, there is a tank shortage right now, so they told me they couldn't service my house at the time, BUT the representative went out if his way to send me links to purchase tanks from local businesses as well as followed up to see if we were able to get our tanks filled. That is OUTSTANDING service. I actually am going to call them back and ask to be next on the waitlist for when they DO have a new supply of tanks so they we can switch from Ferrell to Inland Propane. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this company is... Eddie Varela, the founder and co- owner, is exactly the way everyone I have spoken with about this company has described. He is honest, hard working, thorough and compassionate. Eddie came to our home to deliver a tank with LP, set it up, made sure everything was connected right, tested the appliance connection, came through the house and inspected everything that uses propane- stove, oven, dryer, heater, hot water heater and made sure it was as it should be. I had received a referral to his company by another company that doesnt service Anza valley AND the electric company rep who turned on our power told me personally to use this guy... he passed the test. I peppered and ping ponged him questions, emails, texts, requests, scenarios and what ifs and he NEVER was rude, snarky, put off or anything BUT professional! He won my bid bc of that and the other company lost bc there were some personality conflicts- let's say. I am beyond happy and proud to be with a company who is patient, patriot honoring, professional and willing to bend over backwards for their patrons. He has been known to make it right on holidays and weekends. You cant beat the no haggle pricing. No delivery fees, 69$ a year for the tank which by the way is the shiniest most pristine tank in the community- its glazed and painted. Price per gallon is probably in the top 2 for cheapness. You know... being drivers who transport a very flammable gas... you'd think they'd want to drive carefully. Watched this reckless driver nearly T-Bone another driver who was making a left hand turn after carelessly rolling through a STOP sign! Very reckless! Driver then tried to confront another driver! 0/10! Driver should be fined and fired immediately, before they kill someone. read more

This company is excellent. I had another propane company and had nothing but problems. I found inland and they opened their yard for me on a Saturday for me to buy a new tank and came out right away to fill it. We have been with them for the past few years and they are the best. I forget to check my propane level, so it can get pretty low. When I reach out to Inland they come out within a day or two max. Best prices and best service. read more

Most times by the time I have checked it is all but too late. Fortunately Eddie keeps his patience with me and ALWAYS gets someone (if not himself) out to take care of us the same day...
