The entire staff of Inland Valley Hospice Care are amazing, supportive, knowledgeable, kind and comforting during the most difficult time. We could not have been more impressed with how Aimee handled every detail from the beginning to the end. She was a blessing every step of the way and even shared her cell phone number and made herself available to us day and night. The nursing staff who cared for our Dad were Tiffany, Sara, Juan and Kathy. They were the most professional and caring nursing staff anyone could ask for. They nurses not only cared for our dad with love and compassion but also took care of all our family as if we were also their patients or their own family. Araceli carefully bathed and dressed our father each day and prepared him for bed each night. Dads care from the hospital to his final passing was the most dignified and supportive thanks to these wonderful people. My deepest condolences to anyone looking for hospice care but I promise you will not find a better group to look after your loved ones than Inland Valley Hospice Care. read more

Out of the hospice services there is this one is by far the best... had one come out to assess my mother in law and they acted like they didn't want her on their care I got ahold Candice and wow she made the process easier than expected, and she cares. Which means a lot when it's someone who you care about. She was there for us for everything, even if we didn't choose inland... Juan came to admit her and was very professional kind and also showed caring. Was there for all of our questions. Patty and Julie are our nurses and are amazing caring and there for us.... is very nice to have them there for you they are really great people. and thank you Esperanza! You come every day to help get her cleaned up you are fast caring and great at your job. Only 6 reviews? C'mon people these nurses n caregivers are the best. 24/7 they r there for not only the pts but holding up the families! Been a rough time w my husband but if it wasn't for Kaley, Tiffany, Sara, Esperanza the best aide, Vanessa in social wk, Judy the volunteer coordinator, Eric the Chaplain n Aimee who convinced us why Inland Valley was the way we should go (and who had to listen to a Lot of "stuff" from us), believe me, our lives at this end of cancer would be a mess. Dr. Midou we r grateful for u as well. This journey will soon be over but I know these folks will be our second family forever! (N ya better come visit lol) We love you all. I would like to thank these special nurses Cindy and Tiffany and a special CNA named Esperanza for nurturing my grandmother back to health when she was on her deathbed after she had a massive heart attack she was sent home from the doctors and told that she would not survive and guess what she's up today driving around walking around and even cooking I can't thank you guys enough you're more than friends to us your family and thank you for all the love and care and understanding that you still give my grandfather I know he can be tough to handle sometimes but you guys are excellent at everything you do emotional physical their well-being medications the list goes on and on you guys are definitely a blessing angels in disguise thank you so much.. I had the most impressive team, from the coordinator, to the precious nurse on duty, Sara. She took care of every concern. She made a needed call to a pharmacy, returned my call promptly with further instructions. She came to the house when I was concerned about my dad's oxygen level- too low, and from there spent 2 hours caring and tending to my dad, vitals, medication, etc. and the beginning of his last hours with the Morphine. She made sure my husband and I were confident in how to take over my dad's care before she left. The team handled everything from beginning to end. The hospital actually sent them to me and I am so very thankful. I can't sing their praises enough and would recommend them to family and friends when they need hospice care at home. read more

Used this hospice service before for my husband and now for my mother...extremely satisfied. Felt fortunate to see some of the same familiar faces this time around. Very well run service with an eye for great patient care. My mom loves her bather, Cathy, and her nurses, Juan and Sarah; they are very attentive and flexible in meeting her particular needs. This service also has a fun coordinator, Judy, who offers a variety of volunteer services we have been able to take advantage of. Couldn't be happier love everyone in inland valley Hospice. Especially our CNA Katherine she makes me feel like family always leaves Grandma sparkling clean. Our LVNS Julie and Kaylee always listening to my craziness, making us feel they are here for us. The RN Patty with so much experience always answers all my questions and treats Grandma with lots of love and respect. I would like to recommend to anyone looking or needing the care of home health Aide workers in the high desert area to go to Inland Valley Hospice Care. Their workers Esperanza Gonzalez and Destiny Redmon are just two of the best workers but not limited to, for all the workers are excellent and such kind big hearted workers who I would proudly recommend to any and everyone. My mother is currently under the care of Inland Valley Hospice. Her home intake evaluation was seamless. Their care has been excellent as has their staff. Our experience has been so much different than that of a family member's who recently passed under the care of another Hospice facility. We really got lucky!
