I decided to give this site a chance, and I sincerely regret it. My order remained stagnant for two weeks because "something was on backorder," which was not mentioned on their website. They only informed me of this issue after I threatened to contact a lawyer or the authorities. They ignored my messages on social media, phone calls, and emails until I mentioned involving a lawyer. Then they denied ever receiving my messages, even though I have receipts and confirmations from their own website, email, and social media proving that my messages were received. Essentially, they had my money tied up for two weeks without any valid reason, which seems like a tactic to improve their cash flow. I will never order from this company or shop at any of their locations again. I ordered a pen battery from them and imagine my surprise when I open the padded envelope to find a single battery, no box, no instructions, nothing, just a scratched up, used dead battery. Literally trash. To say that I was angry would be an understatement. I mean, who isn't sick and tired of all the freaking thieves?? All these scumbags who feel that they're entitled to steal from people just don't care, and then on top of being dirty and victimizating us, are going to try to bully us into tolerating it by demanding that we not offend their fragile little egos?? I'M the one who's supposed to be contrite??? Yeah, F#@% THAT. The bank won't reverse charges because it was an "authorized purchase", even though these scum suckers didn't actually ship what I ordered, so the only recourse is leaving reviews and filing complaints with the state, which I will be doing, and I hope they take their license over this. They were more worried about the tone of my complaint and refused to refund my money, even with my agreeing to ship it back. They chose to be antagonistic, childish and unprofessional on top of their thievery, demanding that I be "respectful" in the face of their scumbaggery, with no intention of ever making it right. They're the lowest form of life, leeching off the rest of us and enjoying the luxury of anonymity with their victims, so this review is the only way to let others know, BUYER BEWARE! I tried calling their listed number, it goes straight to a voicemail, so I emailed them instead through their website contact form. They tried to claim that the manufacturer only ships them in 5 packs, but I was able to find them at other places online in single sale packaging so either they lied, again, or they're splitting up bulk backs meant for consumers and selling individually. Junky little store sells a bunch of stuff, and NO customer service. The first vape pen I bought didn't work at all; Tracy said not authorized to exchange or refund, manager needs to take care of, so I left the pen and my business card, bought another one of a different brand, came back a couple weeks later bought 3 more pens,Tracy said he saw my replacement on a list and it's in one of these boxes and he will call (he said still has card) another week or so later and no word ... My vaping knowledge was limited to internet research & I was feeling overwhelmed. The chick working here was such a sweetheart. She answered my questions & let me sniff juices with very little sales pressure. I ended up spending within my budget & she showed me how to fill & work my vape pen. However, I was disappointed that she didn't know about diacetyl, which is a huge red flag buzz word in the e-cig world. I also mentioned my concern that I have a major sensitivity to artificial frangrance & she didn't tell me (or didn't know) that unflavored vape juice exists. The juice I bought is revolting. This is a great vape shop. They are within walking distance so I'm always going there for all of my, well, everything! I don't have a car at the moment. I'm lucky with this store. They've helped me with any question I've had, they've got plenty to choose from on their juice shelves, and their customer service is outstanding. There is a review below that actually annoys me. If you don't know a thing about vaping then you need to say that. If you can't stand the smell or flavor of anything then you shouldn't bother vaping. How absurd. It was amazing. I smoke cigarettes and i wanted to start making my own and get a vape. They were extremely helpful. They helped me pick out what kind of tobacco and filters i would like. On top of that they did not leave one single piece of information out when it came to the vapes and helped me choose a good juice to start out with from the juice bar and they got everything perfect.
