A hidden gem in plain sight. Don't be put off by the small number of reviews, this place is amazing. Best night's sleep I've ever had in the White Mountains area. We've stayed in a few different "ski getaway" places over the years and have always been disappointed with the beds. Not here - so comfortable!! Our private bathroom had all of the amenities and plenty of space. Our room also had a mini-fridge, tons of pillows and blankets, and a walk-in closet - what more could you need? Breakfast was buffet-style out of the kitchen and could be eaten alone or surrounded by fellow travelers. We didn't get a chance to try out the pool or the hot tubs but the pool area is large and inviting - complete with comfy chairs, a fire pit, and a grill. The owners are so welcoming and friendly - it felt more like we were visiting friends than anything else. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish and we will definitely return. This is THE place to stay when visiting the Mt.Washington area. Rich and Jerry are phenomenal hosts; their attention to detail is spectacular. We had a fabulous stay at the INN! This was our first time ever going to an INN. My husband was very nervous and had his doubts. I spoke with Jerry prior to our coming up and he set all of my husband's concerns at ease! Jerry & Rich were the perfect hosts. They made you feel like you were right at home, from the minute we stepped foot in the door. Jerry gave us a tour of the house and I must say the kitchen is amazing! Our room was beautiful and the bed and pillows were super comfy! The breakfast was amazing, Rich cooked quiches & fresh muffins, Strawberry pancakes, and so much more was available. There was something for everyone (fresh fruit, bagels, English muffins, yogurt and so much more). Rich also showed me how to cook. They are very knowledgeable of their surroundings and told us of all the great places to go. I know someone said it really wasn't close to attractions, but I beg to differ! When we came home, we had the pleasure of eating dinner with some of the other guest (Maryanne & her husband). Rich can certainly cook! My husband enjoyed playing with their old saloon style piano, while we were having drinks with some of the other guest. We were known as the "virgins", because we had never been to an INN before. We laughed so much my face and stomach hurt. Before the night was over, another couple had come in and we had the pleasure of welcoming them and Yes, they became the "New virgins". I can't say enough about this INN. My husband and I both must say, that this was the most amazing, quaint, homey Inn you will ever have the pleasure of visiting. I enjoyed a great stay here, the rooms are well appointed, the breakfast spread is great, and we enjoyed the company of the owner and many of the other guests. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very clean; also a great heated pool. Rooms have private baths which was awesome. This will definitely be a future getaway spot for me. read more

I have been staying at the Inn for several weeks while traveling for work, and find the atmosphere here to be very pleasant, inviting, and charming. The scenery is lovely, the hospitality is second to none! The founders/owners/innkeepers are the absolute best, friendly, always available and the perfect hosts! I have been treated not as a customer, but as one of the family. I would definitely recommend this wonderful Inn to anyone wishing a respite from the stress of work, or as a vacation get away. My husband and I stayed here on a whim, and will definitely be back. It's very warm and inviting, immaculate and in excellent repair. The grounds are very well taken care of and there is a great view of the mountain range. The bed was very comfortable, even for my husband who has a very bad back. It comes with breakfast which consisted of a variety of fruits, yogurts, eggs, fresh breads, cereals, juices and coffee. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.
