What a wonderful place. It is a bit out of the way, but the quiet and beauty of it all make up for it. I would definitely stay here again!!! Southwest splendor!

Went with a group for a pool party in July. The views around the pool were beautiful, mountains on side and the golf course on the other. Our servers Gina and Shanna were amazing they friendly and never waited long for our drinks. The lobby is quite with a southwest feel. Small check in desk and bar with beer and wine. I checked out one of the rooms with a friend. It had a quaint bed and breakfast feel with a fireplace and nice balcony to check out the surroundings.

This Inn did have many positives for me, very comfortable bed, cozy room, big restroom along with Hot Tub (Didn't get the chance to use on this trip unfortunately). Very quite and peaceful, great view from our deck. And yes, the place is very outdated, but I could forgive that. Only negatives I have is there is no daily housekeeping, towels I guess cost extra? And the front desk made me feel a bit unwelcome when checking in, as well as bothered when asking for ice. I do plan on vacationing here annually, it's a maybe if I'll return.

The Inn at Eagle Mountain, Washington such an Amazing place. Starting from the check in to actually getting our room. Upon Check In, Because of my Expedia Status, We received a bottle of sparkling Wine. Our room was amazingly big and so quiet and the night sky is beautiful and you can see the stars and moon so beautifully rising and setting in the night and morning skies. If you want a peaceful and relaxing and beautiful getaway. The Inn at Eagle Mountain is the place to be. Extra hint they do have wine tastings and they have an Italian eatery and a gift shop for you weary travelers they have a gift shop to get snack to hold you over till the morning. Such a Beautiful place

Beautiful resort with gorgeous Mountain View's. Check in was great. Attendant was extremely kind and welcoming. Room is cozy with fireplace.

    Outdated tub jacuzzi

Only gave a one because bed was comfortable. Not like it was several years ago. Big decline!!! Won't stay again. Room was dirty with cobwebs w bugs. Bugs on wall. Staff was unconcerned when issue brought to their attention. Outdated shower/tub combo. The jets in jacuzzi tub barely worked and had bugs coming out

Interesting restaurant tucked away in Fountain Hills overlooking the golf course. Very unusual setup. Entry is hidden and you have to walk by the dumpster. Upon entry you are wondering if you walked into someone's living room or a restaurant. Fairly old furniture and simple decorations. The view on the other hand is spectacular. On the inside less so, as proprietor didn't wash the windows in ages which is too bad. If there is an easy way to get customers turned off by a restaurant, make them walk past the dumpster on their way in and don't wash the windows in a state that has zero rain. So ambience is 1-star! Food wise, it is surprisingly good. Not 5-star but solid 4 for the quality of the food and 3 stars for portion size. They could be larger. Service was good. Our server Tori was helpful knew the menu and was pleasant. The food took a bit longer to arrive as there was a large party ahead of us there but Tori was upfront on that. All in all service was between 4 and 5 stars. I could see an ambitious proprietor taking over this place and with little sprucing up creating a true gem!

Don't hesitate, choose this Inn! Quiet and SUCH a vibe! Check in was quick and efficient. $40 "incidental" fee but lots of parking avail.

This was my second time getting a couples massage at this resort. My boyfriend and I always have a great experience here. The views are beautiful & the hot tub always feels awesome after a deep tissue massage! When you arrive, the front desk offers you water and warm towels with essential oils. Then we walked up to our room where we waited for our massage therapists to take us to the room where the massages take place. My boyfriend works out A LOT, so his masseuse really did a great job stretching him out and getting those problem areas! We enjoyed our experience!

Lovely Pueblo-revival bungalows nestled in the mountains above Fountain Hills, AZ. The room was clean and charming. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We will be back. The bathroom door wouldn't close very well and the jetted tub was not very powerful. Still, we had a great stay.

Good things: 1. The location in the foothills provides beautiful views. Sunsets and sunrises are stellar and nights are quiet. 2. The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace, spa tub, and small outdoor seating area in our king room were nice touches. 3. I got to see javelina right behind our room in the morning. Maybe that is not exciting for locals, but Californians find that very exotic! Unpleasant things: 1. Staff was... Odd. One person was just a bit flumuxed but was helpful and the other (I think) was trying to be funny but came off as rude when I asked about the complimentary tea and coffee lounge that was advertised. I guess the reason the lobby didn't come to life until 9am was because they are still "constructing" their coffee area? I dunno- what could possibly be being built for that? Why are you actively advertising that amenity if it is not there? 2. As with all American hotels- why aren't places that ask for such high prices not able to provide very basic (and cheap for them) amenities? There were items that were just lacking for a hotel of this asking prices like: utensils to utilize the microwave and fridge should your food not happen to be finger food, no slippers or bath robes, no hotel booklet that provides info about onsite services or offsite attractions, no apparent room service, no provided breakfast, no complimentary snacks or drinks in the room beyond a few Keurigs. Come on now... This place could be quite a draw, but they need to at least put on a show that they welcome their customers.

(I…read more would rate this a 4.5/5 stars) We were greeted very warmly from the front desk personnel and checked in quickly. They upgraded our room to our surprise and we were shocked with how spacious and clean it was! We had a beautiful view of the pool and mountain and they sent up a surprise slice of cake for my husband to celebrate his birthday! The pool was very relaxing, with plenty of umbrellas and chairs as well as an adult only pool (though that one did not have as many chairs with shade and filled up quickly). Poolside service was fantastic and the restaurant on property was delicious and fairly priced as well. The only reason I am not giving this resort a 5/5 is my side of the bed was a little lumpy, and I did think the poolside prices for mocktails was high ($15 for a small 8 ounce drink of just juice/flavors). Besides that, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel!

What: stayed at the Marriott property for a get away to explore the Scottsdale area. I chose this…read moreproperty because they really promote stargazing, however there is so much light pollution (even from the hotel itself) that it was impossible to see the stars in the sky and that was disappointing. This hotel is quite far (30 minutes) from downtown Scottsdale, but I thought it would be worth it for the "dark sky" but next time I would stay closer to restaurants, etc. The room itself was large and comfortable and as Titanium Elite members we were given a room upgrade, bowl of fruit and two bottles of water. Unfortunately, the last night of our stay our AC kept making a very large clunk sound whenever it would turn on and off. They moved us to another room while letting us leave our belongings in the first room. Hysterically, the second room did the same thing and even louder! So we just turned off the AC and went to sleep. They were kind enough to deduct $100 off our bill but we slept terribly. Pools: there is a main pool, a lap pool and a hot tub. There is no food/drink service by the pool but we enjoyed relaxing there. Food: we were comped continental breakfast which included croissant, chia yogurt with granola, sliced melon and coffee or juice. We used this one time in the restaurant and the next day ordered it to go and brought it to our room. The granola was very good. Tip: there is a small refrigerator in the room so I recommend bringing your own drinks and snacks because there is nothing else out here.

I'm adding this review for a friend who doesn't half yelp and requested I copy and paste this here…read more I spent one night here, and am glad it didn't need to be more than that. When I arrived there was blood on our "clean sheets." We let the front desk know and she did bring new pillows but we slowly found more blood and markings on the body of the bed and just went down. She agreed to let us change rooms In the hallway there was dirty towels with hopefully just dirt on them, and there was loose wheelchairs in the hallways obstructing the walkway. The staff at the hotel it self was nice but offered nothing to fix the actual health hazard at this hotel. When we talked to the front desk lady she had a running note of all the problems she encountered that night and we were not the first issue of cleanliness. Then they still managed to charge me with new random fees at checkout days later and staff has been unresponsive. Do not stay here as they'll give you a biologic health hazard and then charge you extra for it

Also, while there's physically a bar in the lobby, they don't have a liquor license so you can't get a drink. Everyone we interacted with, though, was very nice and helpful, and seemed to be doing the best with the hand they were dealt. Lots of room for improvement and if you can stay somewhere else you should.

The upgraded rooms are comfortable and the bed was great. The one real issue is the blackout curtains, they are decorative and do not actually close. There is a white roller shade but it lets in a lot of light, which is a problem if you are sensitive to it. That said, Brian at the front desk was genuinely stellar. He found a creative solution to block out the light and was super helpful from before I even arrived. Breakfast was a step above the usual bagels and muffins. They had some refrigerated options like boiled eggs, egg burritos, and sausage sandwiches which was a nice touch. The location is walkable to restaurants which was a bonus. There is also a pool and hot tub, great for cooling off in the Arizona heat. PS. One easy fix that would make a big difference: replace the blackout curtains with ones that actually close. That alone would significantly improve the experience for a lot of guests.

We stayed here in 2023 and it was ok but we had to leave early bc their pool got shut down by the county for being a health hazard and it was hot so we wanted to be and to swim. We decided to give this hotel a second try and it was ok this time. The pool and spa were both open and operating fine. The room here was pretty nice and cleaned well. It is true that they must use a lot of cleaning products here because the whole hotel smells pretty strong of chemicals, but it does seem to dissipate or maybe we just got used to it. We slept fine for the 4 nights that we were here. The gym here have basic machines, but the space is actually quite sufficient and larger than most hotel gyms. Finally, the breakfast improved from when it was just grab n go items with no breakfast room in 2023 to a sit-down small dining room with Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, fruits (apples, bananas, and oranges), several kind of basic yoplait small yogurt cups, several kinds of basic breads, unhealthy but kid-friendly cereals such as fruit loops, raisin bran (ok healthy), Cheerios, and frosted flakes. There's also granola but the very basic kind no nuts. They also had prepkgd hard boiled eggs. You can microwave your own breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, the breakfast attendant was not friendly at all, so if you are a bigger breakfast eater or you bring a few items back to your room for your family/friends to eat, he stares you down. The other staff are overall nicer, especially the young lady who work in the afternoon. One note is that the shower area had some water damage that they're not taking care of, the rest of the room was pretty good and quite clean. The generic Keurig machine they had didn't work though and I couldn't get any more than 1/4 cup of hot tea to literally drip out one little drop at a time.
