She did an amazing job with a deep cleaning that day (while assuring me that my teeth were not actually going to fall out!) and I have been going for regular check ups and cleanings ever since. She even did a fantastic job straightening my teeth last year with Invisalign. I was hesitant at first because my insurance wasn't going to cover the full amount, but I'm so glad I went through with it. I don't feel my teeth constantly grinding anymore, and I have confidence in myself when I smile now. When you decide to check her office out, you'll notice that her staff is truly warm and professional. They make every visit feel pleasant, and I've never had a bad experience going to my appointment. Easily the most hassle-free doctor's office I've ever been to. Dr. Vu herself is super friendly and personable. I feel she spends the time getting to know you so that you can feel comfortable and relaxed in that chair. She has dementia and we came back to pick her up shaking, covered in urine from illegally being tortured by this doctor. He claimed that as an older person "she couldn't have too much anesthetic" so he pulled out her teeth and SHE FELT EVERYTHING. We would have never agreed to this and she had dementia and couldn't stand up for herself. He completely abused the situation and took advantage of us. Apparently he wouldn't even stop when she asked and wouldn't let her go to the bathroom. She lost control of her bowels three times during this torture. Looking for a way to remove his license (again apparently - see below). If you know a good lawyer send him my way. Never leave a patient with him. I can only imagine how many elders and and other vulnerable populations he is torturing. Our family is devastated by what she went through. She was shaking from fear and pain and they just kept going. Unbelievable. She could have had a heart attack. We cannot forgive ourselves for entrusting her care to him. Then I even had the insurance company call your office and the insurance company was told that the billing office would need to be contacted for the x-ray copy, but when the receptionist did not provide a name of someone from billing or put a person on the phone for the insurance company to talk to, the story then switched to where she had to speak to the dentist and did not put the dentist on the phone. Receptionist also flat out lied that I was contacted to come pick up x-rays and I was willing to provide my phone records to show that wasn't true. When the dentist was in the room with me, I asked her four times to look at my tooth that I had broken and she refused to even look at it. What kind of a dentist is that? Just to let you know, all the other staff that I met, including the one who did the x-rays, all young gentlemen, were very kind and sweet.
