I usually see Dr. Heffez, who is hands-down the kindest, most genuine dentist I've ever met. He truly cares .... not just about your teeth, but about you as a person. He takes the time to get to know you, and that kind of investment in a patient is rare these days. So much so that I ignored cavities that formed, including a large cavity that formed in my two front teeth. After doing a lot of research, reading reviews, and deciding which dentist I would trust to finally fix my teeth problems, I found Dr. Saleh at WTCDental. I could not be happier with the work that has been done thus far! I'm writing this review on my way to the third appointment in under a months time and I'm actually excited! From the first call I received from Janette (hope I spell everyone's name correctly) I knew I had made the right choice, the vibes were great and I felt really welcome! She was able to go over a few things with me over the phone and right off the bat my nerves were calmed. The first appointment was more of a consultation- Elida took care of doing my X-rays. In the past this had been an almost pre-torture like experience for me, but not here, she had no problem walking me through the simplest things that most people would feel annoyed to do, she made it as comfortable as possible for me and even had me laughing! After the x-rays I met with Dr. Saleh (he briefly and very politely introduced himself before the x-rays) who's truly as informative and patient as the reviews say; he spent as much time as I needed to explain everything to me in depth, was very straight forward with options of care and even pricing! The next appointment Dr. Saleh filled the cavities in my front two teeth, and though I was still a little nervous going into it, that fear was shed very quickly. Janet was out sick that day so I was greeted by Nisrine who also helped Dr. Saleh during the procedure, she was just as welcoming and when I say that the vibes at this dental office are amazing, I truly mean it! Everyone makes you feel as if you're a friend rather than just a client! Half way through the procedure (which went amazingly by the way) Mogan took over for Nisrine; Mogan also did an amazing job and shared her story of how she got into the dental field with me. (They're all great people as well outside the professional vibes they all give off and I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with everyone!) I have to cut this review short since I'm on my way there now for the third but- my front teeth look AMAZING! Dr. Saleh did a perfect job and I definitely urge anyone looking for great dental care to go here! As an individual who was petrified of Dentists, I was left with addressing issues as I got older. Dr Saleh has made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Dentists ask you to "raise your hand if you feel pain". It's feeling that initial pain that always scared me. This Dentist makes sure you never get to that point. I've had some major procedures and not once have I felt pain or had to raise my hand. I've been with Dr Saleh for a couple of years and today it's reached the point where I'm so relaxed I could fall asleep even with the "dreaded" drill in my mouth. His work is flawless. His team also need acknowledgment as they too are amazing at making you feel at ease and comfortable. Seriously, if you have a fear of dentists please try Dr Saleh.

I thought it was just normal when I started visiting the Court Side location since it was more convenient for me, Dr. Karpova did my cleaning was literally pain free. I assumed it was cause maybe previously I had dirty teeth This month I did cleaning at this location again since it was convenient and since I been keeping up with all my cleanings it wouldnt be too bad. And then she said, oh yeah, you have one and she scheduled a visit for a filling. On my second visit for the filing, I waited for over 30 mins and then was told that I actually had 4 cavities, which seemed suspicious. During this second visit, I got two fillings and scheduled a third visit. During the third visit, they forgot my appointment and I had to wait over 45 mins before seeing anyone. This place is extremely chaotic, unprofessional, and I strongly do not recommend it. It is a factory that overbooks and runs through patients with no care. Avoid!!

Since my first review my family and I received letters to find a new dentist. Not a problem, an actual wake up call! My daughter had an appointment and her father paid $300 out of pocket. The office received payment from both insurance companies three weeks ago, so my daughter's father is owed a $300 refund. However, the office is now refusing to issue the refund because my own separate account supposedly has a balance. That balance exists only because they billed my secondary insurance incorrectly. Instead of fixing their mistake, they are trying to transfer my daughter's refund to my account without my authorization. These are two different patients and two different accounts, yet they are holding my daughter's money to cover their billing error. I have never experienced such unprofessional and unethical billing practices. Patients should not have to fight to get their own money back, especially when the mistake was made by the office. I would strongly recommend that anyone going here carefully review their bills and insurance claims, because this office seems more concerned with holding onto money than providing honest service. I'm not a doormat and will not be treated like this. Time to contact the NYS Attorney General's Health Care Bureau, the NYS Education Department (Office of the Professions) for professional misconduct, and the NYS Department of Health for Medicaid fraud.

I've…read moreonly had Dr. Izabella Belenkiy, but her caring demeanor is what makes me keep coming back here, even though I hate dentists. My mouth is SUPER-SENSITIVE, and I had some pretty deep cavities. but whenever you tell her to stop, she will. One of my cavities was so deep that the first time I went in, they couldn't do the procedure because I wouldn't allow her to get into the tooth there was so much sensitivity. She aborted that procedure (left me with a temporary filling), and the next time, she said "OK, we're going to try this differently this time since you're so sensitive" and the procedure was completed without pain of any kind during or after. Today, she started a root canal, which will be completed next time. Again, there was some extreme sensitivity, but this time she was like "I'm going to give you a few minutes, that's the only way we're going to get this done". Whatever she did before stepping out of the room for about 10 minutes helped immensely! Afterwards, she asked if there was any pain while she tried some things, when I said no, she got right to work. Again, aside from the initial thinking she was trying to kill me, no pain during or after. :) What got me started on this whole course of treatment was a dental emergency - I had SEVERE pain in a tooth (turned out that a wisdom tooth needed to be extracted, and she needed to send me elsewhere to have that done). She saw me, a patient that she had never seen before, on an hour's notice and referred me to an oral surgeon based on the X-rays that she took. Great customer service! I've been going back every week or two since for various procedures.
