Unless you want to loose your eyelashes for…read moreseveral months... * I purchased a 6-session full face laser hair removal package. * The first session was fine and my skin had no reaction. * The 2nd and 3rd sessions weren't pleasant as it caused redness and small bumps that turned into whiteheads lasting several days. Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

I've been getting my lashes done for years, so I know how to care for them. Some tips for others: - Don't allow your lashes to get wet the day they are done. - Don't let water from the shower head hit your lashes directly - this is really harsh on them. This really harsh on your face too. - You can get water on them (after day one of course) and you SHOULD wash them! I splash water on my face and very carefully clean my lashes with clean fingertips. It's important to clean them - you don't want nasty build up! - Be mindful about how you sleep. I'm a side sleeper and, like most side sleepers, prefer one side over the other. If I don't switch up sides often I've noticed the lashes of my preferred side will fall off faster. Every now and then I sleep on my stomach - this is the absolute worst for my lashes as they consistently rub on the pillow at night. How you care for your lashes directly correlates to how long they last. I usually redo my lashes every two weeks to keep them consistent. By the way, Ray gives great massages. I've gone to him several times for this service and I continue returning because I feel very comfortable around him. I highly encourage everyone to check out Ray's services!

Instead of simply explaining the policy, Samantha raised her voice and repeatedly told me, "You need to confirm," while displaying an aggressive tone and body language. When I questioned her attitude, she responded by saying, "Let's not be rude, okay?" which I found incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service is just as important as the services being provided, and the way I was spoken to was unacceptable. One negative interaction completely changed my opinion of a business I had happily supported for years. I have already told the friends and family I previously recommended this location to that I can no longer recommend it. I purchased a package, so I will only be using my remaining visits. If I had the option to receive a refund, I would gladly take it rather than continue coming here. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because no customer should be treated this way. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this location.
