While shopping at the Glendale Galleria, I ran into this place. Checked out what they had to offer and the prices for waxing and facials were very reasonable. Nice sitting area. Called and made an appointment for a facial. Hard to make an appointment due to their time schedule and mine, but finally got one in. The room where you get your facial is too small. The gurney is against the wall so the person doing my facial can't walk around me, but it was okay. She searched for every black head she could find on my nose and face. Very thorough. Also very painful having those pushed out, but I felt like I definitely got my moneys worth. The second time I went, I had a different person doing my facial, and she wasn't as through as the first person, but it was ok. Getting your underarm waxed here isn't painful. It was okay, but I feel like the European Wax Center does a better job. Still gonna come back here though for facials and underarm waxing due to the cost and convenience of free parking. read more

They put online that it's the first eyebrow session free until March 31, but the lady did not honor that. She said it's only for upper lip. I sat down anyway which was a huge mistake. I've been doing my brows threading for maybe 20 years, and I can tell she was very inexperienced and close to cutting my skin. I'm pretty sure she removed some eyelashes too. The end result is brows too far apart and way crooked. There is also a patch of hair between my brow and eyelid that she totally missed. I am so upset that I have to wait weeks if not months to grow them out again. I feel so embarrassed that in this world where everyone is beautiful and done up all the time and I have to go everywhere with cracked out brows. It's not fair to open a brow place if you don't know basic brows! At the end I told her I am not happy, and she still tried to give me a punch card and talk about next time I come in. I've been here few times for different services including Vitamin C exfoliation, eyebrows threading and deep facials. Given lower prices, they don't compromise on the quality of products and services. I've always left this place feeling satisfied and clean. I also like that they have services available for both men and women. It's simple here, yet aesthetically pleasing and calming. Staffs are really nice too and very accommodating. Their wax prices also seem lower compared to other places, especially European wax. I might give it a try next time. Parking is really easy since it's in the mall and while at it you can also shop and dine in. I highly recommend this place for available beauty needs. read more

Great new eyebrow spot! Located on the bottom floor of the Glendale Galleria around the corner from the food court. So glad I stopped in. Rose was super sweet & did a great job. Threading can be painful & tedious but she was pretty quick. Great price at $10. The tint is an extra $20, but so worth it bc I hate filling in my brows. Love to wake up and go. I went to Ganja Beauty in the Glendale Galleria for eyebrow threading with Rose, and she was amazing! I didn't have an appointment but only waited about 10 minutes. Rose was super sweet and really took her time. She asked questions about my preferred shape, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and kept checking in to see if it hurt. At first I had a little trouble finding the place, but it's actually super easy. Just go through the food court and you'll see it right away. I have been growing my brows for 6 months and she left them thin so thin with a bad shape and uneven I was so upset and I let her know then and there that I couldn't believe she did this to me she said "I'm sorry, if you want when u grow them back I will fix them" to which I responded are u crazy look at what you did! I would NEVER come back here she said it's ok you don't have to pay I said and how is that going to fix it! A woman handing out flyers on their services caught my attention. The store just had their grand opening recently so they weren't extremely busy when I came across it. I was able to get worked on right away for threading. They did a decent job for what I asked for.
