Parking is just a tad tight, but they have their own lot and there's almost always a spot. They usually have a monthly promotion if you get multiple areas done, though it usually only applies on weekdays. My sessions have always been comfortable and effective. All my technicians (Sonya, Yang, Alexis) have been super friendly and professional, though Lana was the most thorough in my opinion. The pain is mild and totally tolerable, and they'll dial it down if needed. But if you want the best results, it's worth pushing through a bit. read more

I usually go to the Prolase location in Sherman Oaks, but I tend to follow my laser dominatrix Vivian based on her schedule because she's simply the best! She's incredibly skilled, talented and makes the treatments quick and effective. I have labeled her the "dominatrix of laser" because she's that good at what she does -- which means I faithfully show up for my monthly laser "treatment/torture".... That's how I ended up visiting the Glendale location, and it definitely did not disappoint. The facility is much larger than the Sherman Oaks location....easily ten times bigger... and it's extremely clean, modern, and well organized! Another big plus is the large parking lot and the super convenient location right off the 134 freeway... which makes getting there very easy. The clinic also has a refrigerator stocked with bottled water and beverages for patients, which is such a nice touch while waiting for your appointment. I also want to give a shout-out to the amazing laser staff -- Anissa, Lisa, Mel, and Ramak!! Everyone there is friendly and welcoming , always greeting me with cheerful hellos and saying goodbye with dance movies. Bought a laser hair removal package here at Prolase in 2024 and was satisfied with pretty much everything from start to finish. As it was my first time with laser hair removal, staff went over what to expect fairly in depth. Despite much of the, um, procedures being up close and personal, technicians are very professional and courteous, and very attentive to pain/comfort levels. The price is competitive, especially in contrast to the large almost scam-y chain that rhymes with Blazer Away. They offer a range of injectables/cosmetics and such here that I didn't dabble in. While I've moved for my subsequent sessions to a place that's closer, I would have no qualms with returning. My sole complaint is that I did have an issue or two with staff picking up the phone during clear business hours online to make appointments. read more

The most interesting consultation of my life. The front desk was friendly when I came in for my tattoo removal consultation but the overall experience was very unprofessional. There are no reference before and after pictures to show results and I was essentially told over and over that a lot people were fine with their tattoos fading lighter but not fully going away. I understand the notion behind saying there's nothing guaranteed but genuinely why would anyone pay over $1000 in sessions tattoos to fade but not go away it makes no sense. Yes people heal differently but the vibes were like let's just laser you and see what happens. It just didn't seem like something of their expertise. Doctor also FaceTimed me from his house after a nurse didn't pick up which just also didn't make me feel like my consult was taken seriously. The room I was brought in was really cluttered and honestly turned me off as soon as I walked in. I don't leave reviews ever but this was just really unprofessional. Going to be honest... I tried to schedule an IPL Photofacial with this company and it was a nightmare. The weird thing is that I have zero issue scheduling this service at dermatologist's office with the in house cosmetic esthetician and it's usually really simple and straightforward. You schedule an appointment, receive the service, pay, and you are out the door. Trying to schedule this exact same service with this company was a day in my life that I will never get back. I'm sure the quality of service is just as good as a normal doctor's office but the customer service I received was sub-par. Dr. Karo is the best! He is very meticulous. I had a plethora of skin tags on my face, neck, and décolleté. He removed most of them. There was minimal discomfort since he provides you with a numbing cream to apply an hour before your visit. If needed, he will inject the larger tags. After a week, the tags on my face have started falling off, leaving behind a smoother and clearer complexion. I think his prices are reasonable. This is the 2nd time I've had them removed. The first time was summer of 2019. No scarring, it healed well and I'm sure the work I had done last week and today will do the same. read more

I've never waited in the waiting room more than five minutes they take their time very seriously for appointments. I will say there was once I tried Botox treatment here and it absolutely did not work at all. I called back went back and it just did not work after that. The great Ramak everyone is posting good reviews wasn't that great with me or at least not the 2nd time I paid for her service This is my forehead with 40 units of Botox Whatever she did I have those vertical lines. Not saying she doesn't know what she is doing but probably she pick and choose when to inject less salin water into your face and that's what she did with me. Even after I complained she complimentary with 2-3 units probably just to relax a little bit but still the problem wasn't solved.
