In July 2021, after seeing an orthopedic doctor and receiving a round of HA gel injections previously, my knee was in an abundance of pain. I could barely walk and it was affecting my ability to work, workout, drive and do normal activities with friends and family. At the advice of a friend, I called Active Care. I had never been to a Chiropractor before but was desperate for help. I was welcomed with friendly faces, a clean and open office, an insurance sheet that told me exactly how much I would owe for what and when, and Doctors with positive attitudes, outgoing personalities, and who truly want the best for you. I saw Dr. Freseth who created a plan for me that included rehabilitation, adjustments, exams, and regular massages with Cheryl. Every rehab session turned into "work and talk" discussions about food, life, athleisurewear and healthy living which made me excited to keep coming back and motivated to keep up my progress. Anytime I have a question about my account statement, I receive a response in less than an hour. By November 2021, I was pain free, back to working out 6x a week, and running faster every day.
