It did not even seem like she had the skill level of a trained massage therapist. For the first time ever I made a complaint and requested a refund. They said they don't guarantee their massages but they would contact the owner. I have tried 3 different times to speak with the owner with no luck. I don't think I should pay for a massage where the therapist only used one hand for half the massage and clearly lacked any skill level.

I felt stiff, tangled chunks in the back of my head and immediately called the salon for help. The receptionist booked me an 11:30 AM slot, and I asked to speak with Marita to let her know I was coming (assuming we were still on good terms). Instead, she rudely dismissed me, accused me of wanting a free service, and told me to "just wash it off." I then spoke to another manager, Christina, hoping for better customer service. Unfortunately, she also shut me down, refused to let me come in that day, and told me I'd have to prepay for a future appointment just to be seen. I ended up having to go to another salon, where the stylists confirmed bleach had been left in my hair, causing significant damage and breakage. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Instead of taking responsibility, Marita and Christina ignored my concerns and refused to help--leaving me with severely damaged hair. If you value your hair and good customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
