I wish all healthcare professionals had even a small amount of compassion that Juliana always shows her. The front desk area has numerous windows but it seems like 1 or maybe 2 sign you in and make appointments..it seems like workflow could use attention. The plastic windows that came from Covid times can make it difficult to hear or be heard by staff, not any fault of the staff. Privacy could be better because if it comes to billing issue etc, it seems like the entire waiting room can hear your financial situation. Billing department is great as I have had to set up payment arrangement and that discussion shouldn't be something the entire waiting room could hear. I guess the physical changes of how the front desk could be angled and off to the side would be better for privacy and confidentiality. He explained to me what he was going to do and systematically with great care and precision injected the medicine in exactly to precise spot it needed to be. During the procedure he told me every step of what he was doing. I found him to be professional, caring and an exceptional physician. The time he spent with me was triple what the other doctor had spent and the results were 300% better.
