Booking my initial appointment was a breeze and easy. the repair man came, took about 2 hours and…read moremy back windshield was replaced. HOWEVER, The tech had damaged a part of my car. He told me they would order a new part. I waited 2 days for a call from the company with updates. NOTHING. When I did call I had to go through 4 layers of AI. When I finally got to a customer rep, it wasn't even someone at the Roanoke location. She proceeds to tell me they booked me for an appointment August 4th in Winston-Salem! When I called they said my only other option was to drive to Roanoke (From Blacksburg) to drop off the car in the morning of August 6th. The damage to my vehicle is also body damage and should not be done by their techs. They needed to send it to a local bodyshop in the area. Currently my Mom is working to give them the opportunity to make it right, but if not, it will be a bigger issue. For now I encourage anyone to just take an appointment with a local mom and pop shop for replacement, because at least you can speak to an actual human being and they will try and make it right. Update: The customer service is turning it over as an insurance claim issue and making things right.
