I ended up not going to the appointment on Monday because I didn't want to give them my business if they couldn't at least call that morning (or anytime before I made the 30 min drive) to tell me they were out of the ceramic. I believe the prices are a little high for this place as well, but hey, what do I know.. on the bright side, I was offered a discount because of the mishap.

We were told not to clean with blue windex and we never did. We made an appointment so he could look at it. He told us that Kia's back windows are cheap. We were told he has to contact the insurance agent and would call us back. A couple months went by and we never heard back. So we called again and made an appointment. When we got there about a year after the first appointment, he peeled off the back glass tint and he said it wasn't his glue and accused us of trying to scam him. He obviously doesn't know his glue. Don't expect the guarantee to be honored.

Avoid Driven Creations Custom - Dishonest and Unprofessional…read more I spent $3,500 getting my car wrapped at Driven Creations Custom in May. Within a week, the wrap started peeling off. I brought it back, and they removed the wrap and agreed to give me store credit since I didn't want to risk the same poor result with another wrap. Fast forward--I got a new car and wanted to use the credit toward a starlight headliner. Now they're refusing to honor the store credit and are only offering a "discount" instead. That's not what was agreed upon. This shop used to be well-run, but everything went downhill after the ownership changed in December. The new owners are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They clearly don't stand by their word or their work. Do NOT spend your money here unless you're okay with it being stolen. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Waited over 2 weeks, showed up to the shop at the time I had told the guy would work for me and he told me the time was different and he wouldn't get to it for a few hours. Told the guy when I set up the appointment I couldn't do a 9:00am appointment that it had to be 9:30am. Guess there was a failure in communication. 1 star for the bald guy with glasses for his attitude and inability to work with the customer. Also shops in the not so great section of town. It's really to bad because I had another car that I wanted to have done and I have a lot of contact with the public. If ever asked they will not be recommended.
