I am a satisfied customer! Dong has quoted a fair price upon inquiry. The work is neat and for the kitchen light work, he admitted this is his first time installing this type of light, which turned out looking great. For the record, all the lights installed were opening new electricity line. So it made them making a hole to get electrical line. Super recommended!

Made an appointment for today at first it was 10am and the he wanted to switch it to 11am (which was fine). When I txt him to see what was going on as far as showing up at the scheduled time. I did not receive a call or txt back. Update: Richard came by and installed the ceiling fans later than what was told between 2 and 3pm. He seemed nice and did an amazing job. Thanks Richard!

Innovation Electric is AMAZING!! They came out today to my home in Murrieta. Mr. Dong Le was so friendly, honest, and on time. His assistant was punctual and sweet too. They gave us a very fair estimate, and he recommended which Tesla charger to buy for our model 3. They did the install job quickly and efficiently. No mess left. They accept cash or Zelle for payment. I will never use anyone else. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends. If you are looking for a low cost solution to installing a Tesla charger this is your guy! Well done. Happy camper!! He beat the competition by literally thousands of dollars.

Absolutely terrible. Screen shots attached. Total waste of time and NOT worth contracting because you'll just have to worry up until the very day if Dong, or any employee of his that is supposed to show for your electrical work, WILL EVEN SHOW UP. Based on my experience, they probably will not and Dong will cancel. It is nice that at least he will text you super late the night before to let you know they have to postpone or, second time around, they have to cancel fully. He misread Yucca Valley for Jurupa Valley even after my very first message to him was "Hey Dong, I have a property in Yucca Valley, will you be in that area?" *note that his business came up when I was searching for electricians in the area*. I also let sent him my address the day before to confirm everything was good (see screen shots). Overall, just a really piss poor job of paying attention to details. This is just an assumption but if they their work is anything like my conversation with them, I'd run fast. *some texts hidden for privacy purposes:

Second time I've had Dong do work at my house. He gives honest competitive prices. His work is clean, thorough and always comes with good customer service and getting the job done as estimated. I've had him fix a Tesla charger outlet that another electrician did a bad job on, which was popping the breaker. Almost a year later I called Dong to install my wired security cameras and i couldn't be happier with the work. Thank you Innivated Electric. You're my go to electrician in the IE now.

Can't say enough good things about Dong and his assistant Richard. They were quick, friendly, clean and very fast to respond and got the job done on a top notch level. We did numerous recessed lights throughout the house, new outlets and switches/dimmers all around, ring security camera install and even got a new outside outlet for our patio lights going up. Dong was great. After getting a quote over the phone he was at my house in 15minutes. He knew quickly what the problem was with my breaker causing multiple outlets to not work. He was reasonable and charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. For a bit extra, he was even willing to install new outdoor lights that had been in my garage for months. I am thrilled with the electrical work provided by Innovation Electric. I have a very old house - with questionable prior electrical workings. Innovation Electric spent considerable time troubleshooting non-working lights on my porch. Dong & his partner got lighting to the porch (considering the weird electrical situation here) and installed an additional outlet for me. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. I contacted Mr Le on a Saturday. We scheduled his visit for 9am the next Thursday. I explained I had a doctor appointment scheduled for 11am the same day. He said, "We have enough time for you". Thursday at 9am came. Mr Le was a no-show. I texted asking if he had to cancel. He replied he would come around 11am. I reminded him, by screenshotting our conversation, that I had an appointment at 11am and that his appointment with me was supposed to be at 9am. He replied, "Oh I forgot". He asked to reschedule, but did not provide any type of discount for my wasted time. In fact, he quoted a price 20% higher than his quote 6 months prior. When I reminded him of this, he quoted me the same price as 6 months prior. We then rescheduled for 9am the next morning. AGAIN, Mr Le was a no-show. When I asked him where he was, he said his assistant would show up at 9:30. The assistant was even a few minutes late. The customer service I experienced this time was the complete opposite of what I experienced 6 months ago with Mr Le. I wish he realized the value of his customer's time and at least tried to provide a discount or something when he is a no-show or shows up late, but none was offered. There seemed to be no regard for the value of my time. read more

Dong is amazing! He worked through yelp to set up an appointment, and provide quotes for several electrical projects at my house. He had a very fast response time as well and had open availability. He showed up on time, with help, and was able to get everything installed, and working correctly within just a few hours. He cleaned up his workspace, brought all of his materials, and even went to the hardware store very quickly for an item that was missing from his truck. Dong and his assistant installed some recessed lights in our vaulted living room ceiling today and they were great. We received a text letting us know what time he would arrive and he also texted again to let us know he would be arriving in 15 minutes. Both were polite, tidy, and quiet. He wrapped the small nick with electrical tape, secured the slack properly so it wouldn't sag again, and made sure everything was positioned safely -- all at no charge. Knowledgeable, straightforward, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Also, Blazer Electric seems to be one of the few companies to work on solar panel systems. When Yelp sent out my request to multiple companies--even though I searched specifically for companies that work on solar panel systems--three of the companies said they don't do solar.

While I appreciated the recommendation, I was disappointed that the price increased to $450. I feel that option should have been explained over the phone so I could make an informed decision before the appointment. Another concern was the recommendation to install a whole-house surge protector. The technician told me a large electrical surge could damage my Tesla's battery. I declined and said I'd think about it, but after speaking with his boss, he returned with a significantly lower price. That made the recommendation feel more like a sales tactic than a genuine safety concern. After doing my own research, I learned that Tesla vehicles have sophisticated battery protection systems, and in most cases the charging equipment would be affected before the battery itself. That said, I want to give credit where it's due. The technician was punctual, professional, and did a clean, high-quality installation. If not for the pricing and sales concerns, I would have happily given five stars. For me, integrity is the most important part of any service business, and that's the reason I'm not leaving a higher rating.

I would like to start off by saying thank you to the gentleman who installed the charger on my house, Dong. He is a true gentleman and clearly knows the finer details of his craft. I hired him not only because he was the first to respond but because from the get go he knew he could achieve what I needed him to do. All I needed was a Tesla charger installed on my house, I live in a manufactured home however and was told by other electricians that a manufactured home could not support a Tesla charger. Dong however, devised a solution without even having to come to the property. He rearranged my house's breaker box and even installed new ones to accommodate the other major appliances. I gave the Tesla charger a trial run and plugged it in while running all the appliances including a dish washer, microwave, washer and dryer without experiencing any issues with the electricity. Dong, really showed me what it means to take pride in what you do, as he provided the utmost excellent customer service and was at my house promptly even though I lived about an hour away.
