When I did receive the amt I was shocked in a GOOD WAY! It was unbelievably reasonable! I am very familiar with Lakeview since I bought my car there years ago under prior ownership. Steve and Devin from Johnston's showed up in less than 20 minutes after my wife called AAA. I could not be more impressed with the expertise they both demonstrated in freeing our car. From the very deep snow, they pulled the car, with my wife and dog still in it, backward onto a flat bed. They got to our house, then backed up the long curving driveway in very poor visibility and deposited the car just where I wanted it in front of the garage. The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo). So, in total, this was an equal or better experience than any other service call I have previously utilized with other vehicles.

We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. He lined up the tow truck and the garage to get the tires changed. He also got us estimates, good prices, and drove us to the tire place.
