Steve and Devin from Johnston's showed up in less than 20 minutes after my wife called AAA. I could not be more impressed with the expertise they both demonstrated in freeing our car. From the very deep snow, they pulled the car, with my wife and dog still in it, backward onto a flat bed. They got to our house, then backed up the long curving driveway in very poor visibility and deposited the car just where I wanted it in front of the garage. On top their knowing exactly how to quickly resolve a difficult situation, they couldn't have been more pleasant. The gave us a Happy Ending, to what could have been really terrible. She popped both of her left side tires ( She just got these tires 2 days ago). We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. He lined up the tow truck and the garage to get the tires changed. He also got us estimates, good prices, and drove us to the tire place. Got stuck again with the car not starting, and we were going to take the car into the shop for possibly an expensive repair. We called Tony to jumped start the car, and he arrived within 30 minutes. After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. The problem was a loose ground wire to the battery from possibly pot holes. Tony didn't have to fix our problem but he did. 100 percent recommend Rapid Roadside to use when you get stuck.
