If you are in need of a new dentist, Innovative Dental is where you need to go! Dr. Gary and his staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST! The notion that no one *LOVES* going to the dentist will be changed once you visit this place!!! I always look forward to my appointments! Dr. Gary Giangreco is so friendly and kind. He is extremely knowledgeable, hysterical and is work is top notch! I literally, will not let ANYONE else do my dental work. Fear of pain? Dr. Gary will make you feel comfortable! When needing a filling, I needed to be numbed. Needless to say, I was nervous about getting a shot... I TELL YOU, I DID NOT EVEN FEEL IT! SERIOUSLY! I even had to ask the assistant if he gave me the shot because I did not want him drilling into my tooth if I was not going to be numb! The staff at Innovative Dental are awesome! The front office staff will welcome you with a smile, help with any financial or insurance questions you may have and assist you with setting up an appointment. The hygienists here are gentle, yet effective. They will make you feel at ease during your cleanings and educate you on how to keep your teeth and gums healthy! The assistants work hand in hand with the doctor and also make you feel at ease during procedures. All so wonderful, they will definitely feel like family! Let me start off by saying how happy and excited I am to have finally found a great dentist. I came in this morning for an emergency visit. My temporary crown cap came off. I was in extreme pain and was nervous because I haven't been to a dentist in over a year. Long story short I moved to Orlando Florida last year where they gave me this temporary crown. I unfortunately had to come back for personal reasons. I haven't been able to find a dentist that I have felt comfortable with or that made me feel like I was his only patient. Dr Gary and Dr Radika I'm sure I'm spelling her name wrong. These 2 doctors were amazing. Dr Radika held my hand through the entire process. I unfortunately had to get a root canal. As you may have imagined I was so scared. These two amazing doctors had me smiling through the entire root canal process. I can't thank them enough for making me feel so welcomed and so calm. I booked my next appointment in two weeks to finish the process. Dr Gary didn't hesitate he worked on me right away. He knew I was in lots of pain. Meet the Business Owner: Gary G.

Dr. Gary Giangreco was born in Rochester and grew up on the city's east side in Irondequoit. He graduated from Bishop Kearney High School with honors. Dr. Giangreco went on to study at John Carroll University where he received his Bachelors in Science degree. He then continued on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo The State University of New York. As a part of his dental education, Dr. Giangreco also studied at the Medical University of South Carolina School of Dental Medicine and Farleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry.

We have worked with her for years to gain her trust and lessen those fears. This was only her 3rd time there I believe. We switched her to this practice because of those fears. We thought a pediatric dentist would be the best fit over a family dentist since it's all kids, all day. My daughter was very nervous on the drive to the appointment because she had a loose baby tooth that needed to come out but it was being stubborn. I explained to her that if something needed to be done with it, we would talk to Dr. Winslow about it, but ultimately we would listen to his advice about it because he is the doctor. She was going for a cleaning which went well, the hygienist was very sweet and gentle with her. When her cleaning was finished, Dr. Winslow walked over to have a look at her teeth. I was in the waiting room with her little brother and could only see her legs from where I was. Dr. Winslow looked at her for less than a minute, didn't speak a word to her, and then I heard her screaming. I jumped up and went to check on her to see her mouth full of blood, her face all red, she was shaking and crying. She got a little loud with her crying and was trying to pull his hand away from her mouth while he was putting cotton in, so he decided to raise his voice at her and told her "NO! NOW STOP IT! STOP! NO!". He didn't tell her what he was doing, she thought he was going to hurt her again. But he thought yelling at my child was the way to handle it rather than just saying to her that he was going to put cotton on to help. He obviously doesn't think children have the right to bodily autonomy and that she didn't need to be warned or understand what he was doing or why. I know the tooth needed to come out, that's not the issue. But he did not discuss it with my daughter, nor did he discuss it with me, her parent. He just did it. And reversed years of me convincing her that the dentist isn't scary.

I have been a client of Dr. Gary Giangreco for more than 20 years. I have always felt like his staff go out of their way to make me comfortable and accommodate me. most recently I had a a cleaning with a new to me hygienist Rachel. She was fantastic !! Debbie and Stacy are always beyond pleasant and always make me feel welcome. I will also share an emergency I had one time. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. I called on a Monday and had appointment for Wednesday. Tuesday by noon I was hurting so I called and the staff arranged for an end of day appointment. As Murphy's law would have it I got caught in traffic and was over a half hour late and I called and explained thinking they would see me first thing next morning. Innovative Dental is state of art dental technology and skill merged with the highest level of concern for the individual patient. I have been cared for at this practice for years and have had excellent dental health. In the one example I had of an emergency issue, Dr. Gary responded on a Holiday weekend and took care of me. On a related note, I had a contract worker from Miami working under me a few years ago. He broke a tooth and was suffering because he did not know a local dentist. Dr. Gary took care of him. Upon entering the office, one is greated by a personable and welcoming staff who are willing to assist you in any way prior to your appointment. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. The exam rooms are likewise comforatable and well maintained. Dr. Gary and the hygentist are easy to work with and always have your well being and comfort in mind.
