Had two wisdom teeth removed at ROS with Dr. Michael Krzemien -- ended up needing a new $2K crown…read more I opted for conscious sedation rather than full anesthesia and was told I'd feel pressure but no pain. However, the procedure began before the sedative had taken full effect. I experienced significant pain and requested additional sedation, but the extraction resumed almost immediately afterward, and I remained in considerable discomfort throughout. After the procedure, Dr. Krzemien inquired about my dental crown. He then explained that it had been dislodged during the extraction and had been reattached using temporary cement. My regular dentist later examined it and found the crown to be damaged beyond repair, requiring full replacement. In addition to the unexpected cost of replacing the crown, I was also billed for the temporary cement and that bill is now accumulating monthly service charges.

I was told they would give me a call back because I didn't have an appointment and it was a busy day. The call was returned in a timley manner and it was not the same person who I spoke to earlier. However, she picked up just like if I was speaking to her from the beginning. I went in that day for the consultation. DR. V examined my teeth, explained the issues and gave me the best options (Very Professional). He then handed me over to two lovely young ladies, both with the gentlest touch and tones. They photographed, checked my gums and each individual teeth was measured and logged. I have a condition called Bell's Palsy and even with all that action in my mouth I was extremely comfortable. The following day I had to get some medication. However due to the business and the Thanksgiving holiday I believe it was forgotten.I went back the following day to collect it and was told by the pharmacist they have nothing for me. I called the office and spoke to another lady who not only apologized repeatedly. She assisted me even staying on the line till the prescription was sent. Honestly, everyone I spoken to or came in contact with was so respectfully and genuine. They made me feel comfortable and was very communicative throughout the entire process. She did not apologize or show any compassion at all. She was arrogant and prejudiced towards us. If this surgery was not an emergency for my son then I would have left and never gone back. I had to swallow my pride and still allow this practice to remove my sons wisdom teeth. Mary Louise and another front desk lady were very kind and apologetic to us which I was thankful for. Those 2 women really saved the day. Dr. Ruckert was ok, he gave a half hearted apology but showed little feeling or remorse for the way his employee had acted. There is a bad feeling in this office. I felt it right away when I called to make an appointment. The lady (i believe it was also Charlene) was rude to me on the phone and made disparaging comments. It was the worst Ive ever been treated anywhere. I NEVER post reviews but I knew I had to today. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be prepared to be talked about, laughed about and made fun of with your personal information. If she did this right out loud and in front of us, imagine what she says and does behind closed doors. I was very nervous. The staff and Dr. Bracci was wonderful make me feel safe and they all knew their jobs and made me feel comfortable.
