I had "Innovative" Foundation Solutions (IFS) raise a foundation wall at my home that was below grade. The experience was far from innovative. The project had so many mistakes that it's amazing it was ever completed. During the project, they dropped the corner of the house off the supports while it wasn't supported by the foundation, they redirected AC drains to go up instead of down which caused flooding in our basement, they poured a non level, and non true wall, and finally when they replaced the framing that they had removed they replaced it with framing so poorly constructed that it didn't actually support the weight of the house. To top it off they installed this framing right before the winter holidays, and then left us with springy floors and didn't return our calls or come out to fix the problem until after the holiday season had ended. Now about a year later the wall they poured is leaking, and they seem completely disinterested in honoring their warranty. I cannot recommend that anyone use this contractor until they: 1. Can hire labor that actually knows something about foundations and framing 2. Learns how to actually provide customer service, and honor their warranties. read more

Someone else came out a week before the appt took another look because apparently they don't trust their own employees, and now are changing the bid to more than triple what was agreed upon. I hired this company back on Sunday, July 8, 2018 to replace my beams and posts. They have been incredibly dishonest and incompetent. I also had bring in an engineer to correct the original install and we have hit another stall because they have been unable to follow the engineers instructions. The owner has said she prefers not to correspond by email because information will get lost and the salesman that sold me the job won't return my calls. If you have time for my soapbox, here is the insane email correspondence over the last 5 months... none of which has been resolved yet Email dated Sept 8th, 2018 Dear (IFS Salesman), We hired your company to replace the posts and beams supporting the foundation of our home and have been disappointed in the following ways. You had quoted a support system of 6x8" beams and substituted 6"x10" beams without my approval. this changed the height/accessibility of the space and is unacceptable. Your crew came to dig the post holes and i said it was okay to discard the dirt removed in the backyard if it was good soil, and it was not. it is hard, rocky clay. Your employee ran his company vehicle into my fence and didn't tell me. I had to ask all of my neighbors until I found one that had witnessed the damage. He (****) offered to fix the fence and i accepted. the fix ultimately didn't support the fence and i have removed that section permanently. I had given an employee of your company the keys to my house so that they could conduct work when i am not present and i received a call from (IFS) indicating that he couldn't get into the house. At that point i had found out that the person I had given my keys to had been terminated from your company. I would have thought that you would have been proactive in alerting me with this information when it comes to the security of my home. I had to make the call to your office and later discovered that this individual had cooperated in returning my house key and wasn't a threat. On August 2nd, I had an appointment with IFS to install the beams that had been delivered to my driveway without notice and that appointment was cancelled the morning of. I had cleared my work calendar to accommodate that appointment and caused a major inconvenience to me. All of the issues listed above are unprofessional and very annoying, but nuisance-level at best. The concern you need to devote your attention to is how you are going to fulfill the contracted work we agreed upon. Our home needs to be fully supported and the door you smashed needs to be replaced. As soon as you have generated a plan to accomplish this, we need to schedule an appointment to go over the plans. I will have a third party contractor attend the appointment to verify that the plans are sound. I will deduct the cost of the third party attending from the outstanding balance we owe. I worked here for 2 months and several times contacted them for my last check they never responded and still owe me around 500 dollars. I knew something was fishy here when I worked more than 40 hours per week and never received overtime instead I got a reduced bonus. Also the owner Perry would scam and reduce hours worked. A crack in our concrete wall, and sinking of a corner of our house, was repaired by putting in piers. After a couple of years, the crack came back and more sinking has occurred on the corner of the house. When I called to have someone come out to take a look at it, I was told that I had to get a Geodetic Survey done first. In our area, that is quite expensive. read more

On August 31, 2021, I hired Innovative Foundation Solutions to perform waterproofing work on the foundation of my home. I originally found their contact information via Google. I contacted Innovative Foundations in June to request a quote. Brett Keeler from Innovative Foundations  came to my home on 6/30 to provide a quote for the waterproofing services. The contract Brett provided listed the company Forefront Industries instead of Innovative Foundation Solutions. Brett explained that Innovative had been purchased by Forefront and not to worry about the difference in the name. At the end of August, I signed the contract for the work to be done. Brett personally came to my home and picked up the deposit the same day that I signed the contract. I paid the deposit of approximately $4,700 by personal check. Brett said work would begin on September 30th. Until Brett collected the deposit, he was very communicative. After the deposit was collected, it was very difficult to reach Brett or anyone from the company. Brett had promised a detailed drawing of where the work would be performed on the house within a week of picking up the deposit, but did not deliver on this promise. I had to request this drawing from him multiple times by phone and email. For the entire month of September, the company did not respond to communication in a timely manner or provided various reasons why they couldn't start the work as planned on September 30th. The reasons included Brett's unplanned vacation and Brett contracting Covid and being hospitalized. The company finally promised to start the work in the 2nd week of October. On the day Innovative was to begin work, Brett showed up alone and posted paper Covid 19 signs all over my property and spray painted my backyard to mark the area where the work was to be done. Brett then had me sign the post-construction walkthrough sheet, which is for the contractor to use at the end of the job to illustrate that the work has been performed satisfactorily. This is meant to be signed after the work has been completed, but Brett asked me to sign it before the work had been done without any explanation. He also delivered a construction LIen without having done any work but tried to convince me that neither document was a problem. Brett told me his crews are on their way and that he will be with them all day so I went back to my work. I noticed he left shortly after that and at the end of the day neither he nor any crew members had shown up to do any work. The rest of the week Brett was non-responsive to text messages, emails and phone calls. During this timeframe, I researched the license number listed on the website for Innovative Foundation Solutions via the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries contractor verification site and found their license and bond to be expired and inactive. A search on the LNI website also showed that Forefront Industries does not have any contractor license or bond. After four days of no communication, I received an email from a new project manager. Since I discovered that neither Innovative Foundation Solutions nor Forefront Industries have a license to perform contracting work of any type, I decided to cancel the contract and request a refund. This was in the 2nd week of October. Since then, the company has refused to provide any refund and they did not do any work. Brett claimed that Forefront Industries has a license and a bond and, despite being asked for it, has never provided it. I have requested a refund several times over, in writing. The company is now ignoring all communication, even from my attorney. I would never recommend a contractor that takes a deposit and then does not perform any work. read more

What a crock. STAY AWAY. Something is seriously wrong with this business. And if I remember correctly, they used to be called another business but closed that and reopened as "innovative". Let me back up. Our sales guy Mike was great. He came, looked, gave me a quote, followed up to answer questions, etc. The problem occurred once I signed and gave them THOUSANDS of dollars as the deposit. I signed my doc on January 16th (saturday) and mailed it in along with a check the day after MLK Jr Day (January 19th). about a week later, their gal from the office (Elizabeth) emailed me a new "invoice" with a different price and a form to to sign off on to waive them from getting the permit and inspection. Mike had originally told me I wouldn't need a city permit. When I asked about the different price and the permit issue, Elizabeth was very quick to just brush it off like it's no big deal. Te invoice was about $1600 more than what I signed up for and the permit cost was going to be $2500 for them, and additional for the permit and Geo-tech that can rang from $500-8000 and they weren't able to give me a ball park. When I expressed that I need more time to think about this and that I'd like to withdrawal my bid acceptance, this is when it got nasty. Elisabeth kept emphasizing that it's too late. Their policy only gave me 3 days to cancel. January 25th is when she emailed me the new invoice and the next day is when I said I'd like to withold the bid but she said my contracted started the day I signed which was January 16th, a Saturday. I mailed it in on Tuesday the 19th, so my 3 days to cancel was pretty much over before she emailed me on the 25th. BOGUS! I told her that her cancellation states if there are misrepresentation of facts, I have the rights to cancel. She kept ignoring this point and only emphasized the 3 day thing. After MONTHS of trying to get her or anyone to speak with me or call me back (don't expect their "manager" who is really the owner to call you or speak with you), she said her accountant will charge me a little for their trouble and send the rest of the refund. She wouldn't say how much. so I waited. then found they took $1600 as their "service fee". I asked what exactly did my $1600 pay for and she just kept saying "i'm sorry, I"m sorry". I have spoken with an attorney and they confirm this company is misleading and really, they are a con artist. scamming money. Please be warned! I've contacted my friends at KOMO, KING5 and KIRO to warn homeowners too. Those of you with the bad reviews, we pretty much have the same problem! Please contact me. I want to make sure this company is not a professional con-artists. By the way, I've found another company that is HIGHLY recommended (Robbins & Co). They came to look and saw that I didn't need as many Piers as Innovative had quoted me. Also, they called the city and was able to tell me exactly how much the permit was going to be. I called to make an initial appointment for someone to come out to a work site to take a look at a foundation to see if it would be something that was a small fix or will turn into thousands and thousands. I gave the receptionist / caller my mailing addressing and informed her that the work site will be a different location. The technician went to the wrong address. Now I am unable to contact anyone about a status update on the inspection. I tried calling the office and was told only one person can help me and she is out of the office. All I want is an update. Keep getting phone calls to my cellphone, gave them my office number, but still getting phone calls to my cellphone. Wow. read more

Had scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday to get a quote for foundation repair. An hour after the appointment time I got a call from the individual coming indicating he was sick (ok, I can deal with that). He indicated that the company would call on Monday to reschedule. Never received a call. Then on Friday I got a request for a survey on how they did. Really?? You're system doesn't show that the guy never came out? Even if I do end up getting a quote at this point, I'm not certain I would go with them. There seems to be an integrity issue here. read more

Let me tell you the story backwards. When I told the company that I am going to share my story, they threatened to take me to the court! They charged me late fees for paying the last part of payment (~$300) 3 days late when they sat on my thousands of dollars advance for over a month. Worst of all, they sold me a solution which was not really needed to fix my problem! Now the story in forward manner. My basement got flooded in late November. After some bouncing around, this company was highly recommended. Their estimate person came and claimed the water was seeping through foundation wall and hence I needed to install sump pump and a wall-to-wall water barrier. This guy claimed to be an "expert" with dozens of years of experience. So, I signed the proposal (with some back and forth). This was my second mistake (first by asking bid from one company alone) - I signed without understanding what I was signing (hint: I knew nothing about basements or foundations!) They took advance (thousands of dollars) and then I waited for a month for their crew to arrive. Upon arrival, the crew found a ditch full of water besides the shallow (4-6") of water that was there for all to see. The "expert" never saw the ditch, nor did he account for it in his proposal. So, the crew bailed water the first day (on my money), I had to call the "expert" (who BTW is their sales guys, no surprise there!), I had to conf call the "expert" with the foreman on site to figure out the new work. Additionally, the "expert" had only accounted for water vapor barrier on one fourth of the basement! Finally, I had to sign a change order (since they already had the advance, and crew was onsite - what choice did I have!). Now, technically, their work crew did good job - I have to give them that. But, they left the pipes unconnected at T-joints and pipes were ON the dirt in the basement (instead of burying them in the basement dirt) - both of these were pointed to me by an Inspector I had to hire to check their work. When I asked them to fix them, they claimed that this is how they work and covering the pipe in dirt voids their warranty! On top of all this stress, they charged me late fees for being late in my last payment. The real problem is still unsolved - how did water come into my basement! They never truly found or fixed that. Sump pump just is a cure of the symptom (and an expensive cure!). I have recently hired another company to find that out - they are going to dig in from outside and use cameras to find where the water is coming in. So, net-net: if you are technical in these matters and you want what this company proposed to build, great. if not, I recommend asking an 2nd company for a bid/proposal and/or asking a house inspector to double check the root cause and remedy being proposed - before signing their iron-clad agreement. read more

If I could give IFS zero stars, I would. They are unethical as well as incompetent. Midway through the project I began to suspect the company was bad news, so I told them to stop work. I then hired a structural engineer, and he concluded that IFS had done unsound work. Rather than ask them to fix it, I decided to fire them. I lost thousands of dollars. My husband and I owns our home for 5 years. Since we bought it, we cannot close our back room door upstairs. The basement has a leak and has weird smell. We received an estimate from Innovative Foundation Solutions and liked their solutions better than the other contractor. We signed the contract and Innovative did the work. I was impressed on how the workers worked so hard. The clean up was well done. The project manager was very patient in handling and coordinating my difficult project. I can't say there were no bumps along the way, but we had really bad flooding in the lower level of our home in 2015, and in 2016 with all of the hard rains we've had, not even any dampness. I had a lot of respect for the estimator, the only one we had out that didn't try selling us more than we needed, and the only one that didn't include a sump pump in the bid. The others required a sump pump and drains around the entire foundation before they'd guarantee their work. I also thought the installer did very good work and was very conscientious. I was very skeptical that it would work out, but we were also very desperate. As I said, there were a few bumps along the way, but having a dry basement was worth the aggravation and the cost. Bottom line is, this firm delivered on what they said they were going to do. As for me, that's all that really counts. read more

My crawl space flooded while on vacation early December 2019 and they have not returned my numerous messages since. Seven years ago they installed an interior drainage system feeding to a multiple system sump pump to extract the water that rises due to hydrostatic pressure. It works great as long as the pumps work. Now the channels once draining to the pumps are filled in with soil creating dams to prevent proper movement toward the sump pumps. The one pump has burned out, and the other was jammed with a build up of ferrous soil. They have not been dependable in servicing this system even though I request it every year as needed to maintain the warranty. They say they are in the process of hiring maintenance people. Now, they seem not to be in business at all. Since their answering machine still takes messages though, I think they are just ignoring my requests for help by choice. This came with a lifetime warranty, so they are liable for all damage and expenses for plumbers I have had to use in lieu of their warranty work. I could not wait another two months for a response from Innovative while my HVAC and water heaters were in jeopardy of major damage, and otherwise bad conditions for my house. read more

Yelp removed my org post so i removed names, "We wanted to let you know that we've removed your review of Innovative Foundation Solutions because of privacy concerns." Innovative Foundation Solutions LLC. Started off professional, but in the end are not professional, do not care about customer service, do not have problem solving skills customer service wise, or professional wise with regards to my house repair issue. I even question the knowledge of the inspector. Where to begin.....they started off very professional. By setting appointment, e-mailing the confirmation, and background information on the gentleman who was to come out. I have a crack in my foundation, and a basement moisture issue. On 8-22-16 2:00 p.m., He inspected my foundation. He told me told that i needed to piles to lift up that side and keep it stable. I was told that what we put in the crack (blackjack) wasn't good enough. It would be best to put concrete in the hole. Bottom line i needed two piles at $1,200 each and to repair crack $800. Upon further inspection, it is evident i have a water issue. My downstairs fireplace on one corner is disintegrating and that side of fireplace the water meter reads the maximum reading. According to him, it reads "live" water. The other side of the fireplace reads dry. The side of the fireplace that is wet is connected to a workroom, that we use as storage. He and i went in there and he noticed debris on the floor and said, "there is a ton of mouse poop here." We inspected the wall, and then went back to the fireplace. Then Mr. Inspector came up with the most ABSURD theory about the live water- he told me " i think that the fireplace is wet because of mouse urine". Now, i found this absurd, and i gave him a tactful way out. I said, "i dont buy the mouse urine theory. 1- because i have owned mice and rats as pets, one teaspoon of mouse urine is the worst smell-i don't smell any urine! 2- to read a "live" water reading they would have to be urinating full-time, and i don't see any evidence of rodents, and once again- i don't smell urine. I would theorize that that room has an unfinished cement floor and anything we place on the floor wicks up water, so i buy that there is an issue with the floor." Instead of listening and considering what i said he doubles down on the mouse urine theory. This is an ABSURD theory! Then he proposed a french drain for $10,000, but he wanted to tear up my house walls and floors, Innovative Foundation Solutions LLC would repair walls, but not paint, and they wouldn't repair the floors, so that would mean at least another $10, 000 to repair the floors and paint walls, and whatever repair would be done to the floors would not match. I told him i could not afford that, how do people afford this? Then he listed, various ways to finance...then he did what i think is totally unprofessional. He asked me, what is my budget?" This is a repair, not a luxury remodel! The cost is the cost. I told him to bid the foundation repair, and french drain, it has 6 days and i have no bid. 3 days later, I called the office to inquire where my bid is, they said they would contact Mr. inspector . I didn't hear from him. The next day i called the office and demanded a supervisor. I was told that Supervisor is not available, she would call me back. I said, " i am ready to write a very harsh review on angie's list, have her call me back." I received a call waiting from Innovative Foundation Solutions LLC, so i hung up on my current call and answered with, "is this The supervisor ?" I was told no, i asked, " are you a supervisor?" She said no. I said, "why are you calling me then? I asked for supervisor to return my call , and trust me you are not going to be able to help me." I was told a supervisor would call me back. I never received a call back from a supervisor, instead Inspector left me a voicemail message thurs 8-25-16 3:45 p.m. - that said he has been busy, he would work on my bid "this evening" and would e-mail it. It is now 8-27-16, and i still do not have a bid. In the meanwhile, i have had Someone competent from Ramjack ( who i found to be honest and professional, and who i would recommend for foundation issues) come out to look at the foundation. He actually measured things, and he informed me my foundation is fine, no work needs to be done! He also assessed my crack repair and said it was fine. FYI-the room where Mr. Inspector saw mouse poop has been inspected by 3 separate pest control companies. ALL SAID - I have NO EVIDENCE OF RODENTS. I do not fault him for concluding that the debris was rodent poop, i fault him for not listening to me when i said the "live" water was mouse urine-that was not a valid theory. If he wants to waterproof my basement, i need a valid theory on what the water issue is. I believe that is his job. I have no faith in his job qualifications. And, with the run around, calling the office and no supervisor ever calling me back, Or in this company. read more

Firstly i would like to advise that when i first gave them a call to set up an appointment for a inspection, the reception was so friendly and bubbly. When the inspector came to my home, He was very thorough and examined my crawlspace thoroughly. He explained to me various options of solutions and what would work best for my home and issue. In the end i chose to go with innovative's solutions. When the crew started work they were very hardworking, Professional and courteous. They acknowledged me and explained every step that was going to be done. When the work was all done they left my crawlspace very clean which surprised me. Since my first review in which I gave the company a 1 star due to several bad starts the owner called me 3 times until i finally called back. The owner was truly concerned about her business and was wanting to make things right. I explained my issues and she stepped up. One of the issues was my work bench and bulk head torn down last minute so the crew could do their job. The crew did tell me they would charge me $100/hour to do it and that was wrong. She sent the same crew back here on Black Friday and they put everything back to my liking at no charge. I called again this week to put in work order that my basement had water on floor and the company sent someone out next day to fix problem. I appreciate the customer service from owner, I just wish we could have avoided the unpleasantness to begin with. She did take my suggestions seriously about having a walk thru prior to starting actual job. I am holding out more stars until I see how well this system holds out thru season. More later. read more

Looking at the other reviews posted, I'm not sure if they worked with the same company that I did.... My experience with Innovative Foundation Solutions was excellent. My husband called to have them repair a support post and encapsulate a very tight crawl space and wrap all the piers and install a water alarm. Jym, who came to inspect our crawl space and do the estimate on options I had to fix the crawl space, was very knowledgeable, honest and personable. He tells you what you should have, could have, and don't need to have--no up-selling. Oswaldo and his crew are very nice gentleman and very hard workers. The job they did in tight conditions is outstanding. Also Elizabeth who I had ongoing contact through email/phone for the administrative side of the job was charming and very efficient. She kept me informed of schedules and was a great help. The Innovative website is extremely complete, informative, and has lots of info and links for learning more about crawl spaces (something I knew NOTHING about). The crew was always here when they said would be here and they put in long, hard working days--excellent work ethic. In short, Innovative Foundation Solutions is a class act. We checked lots of other companies before having the job done and I am very happy we chose Innovative Foundation Solutions. I absolutely recommend this company. read more

If I could give less I would! This company has conducted itself in the most unprofessional and deplorable manner with me. Called this company because their phone number was on receipt of the contractor who installed my faulty drain system. At first, I was under the misinformation that they had purchased the former contractor. Innovative called me back and informed me that the out of business contractor had scammed people like me into thinking they were affiliated with Innovatives former company. Got a bid from them and then came the bizarre no calling me back or emailing me when I wanted to move forward with this project. Every time I call it was a different person. Today was Perry who said she would look into the lack of return communication. This lady called me back and left a message that I had lied to them, tried to get free work and had a preexisting system which I wanted them to repair for free!! She then told me they didn't want my business!!! Have I entered the twilight zone!!!? None of what she said was true!! I didn't know it wasn't the same company under new management until they told me and I have been trying to schedule work for a new drain system of which I would have paid THOUSANDS!!!! These guys are BAD news and frankly the most unprofessional I have ever experienced!!! I will be writing the BBB too!!! read more

Buyer Beware!! A complete rag tag team. It's been 54 days since Innovative Foundation Solutions started on this project. The project included removing and reinstalling a wrap-around deck to install 16 push piers to raise my foundation. The deck: despite several request to mark the deck planks (Trex), the crew did not do so for a while and just created a mountain of planks in my driveway. Several of the planks were broken during the removal. When it as time to reassemble the deck, the crew was unable to realign the planks and started cutting them up and screwing them down. Needless to say that after several attempt the planks now full of screw holes from repeated installation. Innovative Foundation Solutions expected me to pay for additional planks, which I refused to do. They ordered several new planks (which of course did not match the existing ones) and laid them down for installation. The untrained installer came, cut the boards up to his liking and tried to install them. Bad job! They had to purchase another set of planks! Now the job is still not finished and looks as if someone walked across the planks and shot them with a shotgun. Some of the planks were installed with brass construction screws, the joints were completely missed many times, the edges are not even and there are up to 2 inch gaps between the house wall and the first plank. I could go on and on. They told me to hire someone to do the job for them at my expense! They installed the piers (16 of them) and during their first lift attempt, a support beam buckled and the fireplace did not move, damaging my wall on the inside. The wall pulled up to 2 inches away from the fireplace. I paid an additional $2000 to have the support beam replaced. During the second lift attempt, the beam on the other wall buckled and my fireplace/chimney is now leaning away from the house. The team failed to anchor the walls and pre-inspect the support beams. I reluctantly agreed to pay an additional $1600 to replace the second beam. I am still waiting to have the second support beam installed and live in constant fear that this wall will collapse. Extortion attempt: I received a call from the office, telling me that they would not replace the second support beam until I paid the balance in full (even though the deck still is not finished). So far I have spent close to $12,000 (50% down). I finally filed a complaint with the BBB read more

I found this company to be very unprofessional. I called and gave very specific details about what we needed. I explained that we were in the inspection period, and trying to purchase a home. We were told by our home inspector that it would be irresponsible for him not to recommend that we have a specialist examine the foundation. We called this company, and again, I was very specific about our situation. They told me to send over our inspection report, and booked an appointment for us one week out. This was a stretch for us, because the inspection period is tight already, but I took it. I called the day before to confirm the appointment. 15 minutes before my appointment, as I am driving over to meet with the guy, I get a call from the company telling me it will be $200 if I don't own the home. I could not have communicated any clearer to this company about our situation, and spoke with them several times. To tell me this 15 minutes prior, and say to me, "sorry, we forgot to mention it," is disappointing. I recommend Robbins and company if you are looking for a foundation specialist. They are the exact opposite of this company, and are professional, knowledgable, as well as followed up with is. Don't waste your time like I did with a company like this. It's fine to charge for an appointment, but be clear about it up front, and waive the fee if you "forgot" to mention it. Again though, use Robbins and Co! Unprofessional, Terrible customer service. Their dispatcher is rude when trying to get help to complete a job. When they were installing my sump pump system, the foreman left during the middle of the job to attend to another job while leaving his assistants at my house. The assistants could not complete the job properly because the foreman had all the equipment on the truck. The foreman ended up coming back after 5pm when my wife and I had plans so we had to wait for him to get back to pick up his co workers. The next day the foreman went on vacation and sent his newly hired assistants to finish the job in which my alarm for the sump pump was not installed properly. When I called to get this addressed, the owner (I believe is what she said she was) was completely rude and defensive the whole time rather than trying to be helpful to solve the problem. This company is a joke and so is their ability to do good business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY. Find another foundation company because this one is a waste of time and hard earned money. Especially when the job cost me over $6000. read more

I had them out to repair a foundation leak and, as part of that repair, they were to replace the drywall, tape it and sand it. They also were to remove dirt away from my siding on an outside wall. They did the work, (slowly) but when the paint guy, whom I hired myself, showed up, he said the dry wall and taping were poorly done and "my wife could do a better job." I called Elizabeth at IFS and sent her photos of the bad drywall job as well of photos showing that the dirt was still up against my siding. Plus, they had washed their brushes and tools under the outside faucet in my front yard. There was white paint all over my front siding and in the yard from the splashes made while washing their brushes. I never heard back from Elizabeth, so I hired someone else to redo the drywall and then paint. I also put a stop payment on my final check and sent another check for the final payment minus the cost to me to redo the drywall and remove the dirt. Now they are threatening to file a lien against me and never did offer to fix the problems. I would never use them again. read more
