Health insurance opened grievance, seems this location is under investigation for bad practices. When they get busy and don't want to look up paperwork they just lie to patients, turn them away, and waste their time. I reviewed my account online and found that BOTH of my children had their birthday altered by 1 day. HOW ODD. This data discrepancy would definitely cause a mismatch in systems preventing correct records from being pulled. I hadn't touched my account in over a year and the last appointment was flawless --so what happened between June 2025 and now? Tried calling the Menifee Quest location this morning to report data discrepancy and verify if 2nd paperwork attempt was successful, no answer, when you select the menu option for "more help" it tells you to go to their website and HANGS UP. Save yourself the trouble, find another location, this one is severely mismanaged.

You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. I walked into the CORRECT office (finally!) and it was nice in there, no wait, friendly service, very professional. The girl explained that the old building refuses to take down their sign on the door and every time they put up a sign on the door saying they've moved, the maintenance takes it down. I can understand how this would be frustrating, and definitely not their fault! But they really should reach out to all the doctor offices in the area to notify them that they have moved so they stop sending patients to the wrong place. Second time in a row I arrived at or just before 12:15 (on my way home from work). The sign on the door says closed 1230-130 for lunch (not 1200). Also the paperwork I have says the same. When I call they cut it off so it won't even ring or they immediately disconnect. Posted is a screenshot of me having called 4 times between 1210 and 1216 because the door was locked, every call was immediately disconnected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wonder if the owner is aware of these practices and Xlong lunch breaks i'll go to another office, they're not getting my $.

My phlebotomist Tracy was wonderful! Not only did she take her time explaining the instructions of an at home testing kit that I needed to complete (at some places you feel rushed), she also made me feel super comfortable during the blood draw and instructed me when to make a fist, when she was going to insert the needle, when to release the fist, and guided the entire process (some phlebotomists give you no warning and just dig it right in!). Quick, efficient, and minimal discomfort! I didn't even feel the needle being removed. :))) This is huge for someone who has a phobia of needles!!! Thank you quest diagnostics off of antelope!!!!

My husband had this simple xray done to be done and they did it incorrectly, it was so simple for them to have followed what it said on the order. It was right there...We gave them the form that obviously stated what the provider wanted to check him for. Also the radiologist as to why he didn't even check if he was doing it right since he was in a hurry. We found out until his ordering provider told us they did it wrong. So He had to go again to complete it. And they have not gotten back to us neither with the report or with the right images. The provider's office and I have called multiple times... its been over a month now, and this is them acting like this when it was their error... smh. So frustrating, since this is prolonging my husband's care. Follow my advice and just not go to this specific location.

Been to a few of their other locations and they are always very quick and professional. Had my paperwork from my doctors to get the xrays done. I like that they don't require an appointment. I walked right in on a Friday, mid day and they had staff at the front desk masked and ready to assist me. Some medical offices close for lunch, so it was nice to see this place doesn't do that. The lady who helped me asked for my ID and paperwork, then had me fill out a few forms. I sat in the lobby after returning the forms to her. About 5 minutes after that, I was called to the back room by one of the techs. Once I was in the room, she was fast and positioned me where I needed to be, moved me a few times and got what she needed. I was in and out of that room within 4 minutes! Immediately after that, the ultrasound technician collected me from the waiting room and took me into the ultrasound room. Her name is Kim. She made me comfortable on the table and then meticulously conducted the ultrasound of my thyroid. I appreciate that Kim is highly-focused and very experienced in these matters. The entire experience was comfortable.
