I was fortunate to be called by a wonderful down to earth nurse by the name "Sophia". She was a blessing that truly made my day. I visited my Dr in the suite below and he ordered labs. I walked upstairs to see if I could get a walk in appointment. Signed in the kiosk at 8 for an appointment at 810 and I was out by 0818. AMAZING! The phlebotomist was a pro and knew what she was doing. Will definitely go back here for any lab draws. read more

I made an appointment a week ago for both my parents at this location, and when we arrived they had a sign on the door saying they are temporarily closed. They need to update their website and not allow customers to schedule appointments if they're temporarily closed. Luckily we got in at the Murrieta location as a walk-in basis within a 1 and a half hour span of arrival while they were fasting. read more

They failed to keep my confirmed appointment. I went there to keep my appointment, only to find that they were closed. Nobody from their office bothered to inform me that they were not going to keep my appointment!! A total failure on their part. Not a good way to run a business, and a perfect way to irritate customers.! read more

They are usually good here. I came by to pick up specimen containers to be used at home. Little did I know the wrong container used was not going to be excepted after filling it and paying them at another office. They gave me the right one to use at other office but is long drive from my house. Now at this office they want me to wait all over again as a walk in??? I told 2 blood takers here what happened and they said "We are not here to debate you"! Maybe I should start going back to their competition Lab Corp? My wait is supposed to be more than an hour! I've actually been to most of the quest, but this one on Bradley Road some of the girls are extremely rude . I work lm very busy like most people. So when they tell me, I have to get it to the line of the cup thats what I did. For some reason, they took it upon their self to throw it out. I don't think they like my personality or me. I don't understand why it has to be personal why they can't just do their job and send it to the lab. if you don't like to work with people, perhaps you should get another profession. read more

I hate the machine you check in on. My husband appointment didn't even show up. If you don't bring a code they give you when making appointment your appointment is canceled. The staff there is very rude and harsh with everybody. Small space, nowhere to sit. Way to small. Always full. People waiting in hallways. Very sad place. Looking for a new place. My wife went to Quest at this location today for a blood and urine test. The lady doing the blood draw was Tracy. She made my wife feel very comfortable. And did the blood draw very professionally. My wife went into the restroom to give her urine sample. And found the restroom not clean. She went back and let Tracy know of the condition. Tracy immediately went to the restroom and cleaned it up and sprayed disinfectant. My wife would to give a shot out to Tracy. read more

Brought my wife in for some blood work the waiting room was so packed. There were five people waiting outside. There are no chairs. They appear to be overbooked. There's no drinking water. There's no chairs in the courtyard downstairs. There are people here that Don't feel good and they have to stand up because they must have overbooked. You cannot use the bathroom until you're taking back inside . You have to check in through a couple of machines standing in the lobby . They need a larger location, it seems. read more

I've been to this location several times and always had a great experience. I've not left a review yet, but after our experience this morning, I have to come on and let everyone know how great this location is! Took my 10 year old daughter who was TERRIFIED! Wendy, the phlebotomist, was wonderful. My daughter was grabbing the walls in full flight mode, and she was so patient and gentle. We finally talked her off the ledge and she took her blood so well that my daughter told me that she would be able to do it again if needed, because it didn't hurt. THANK YOU WENDY! read more

This location is the worst. I was taken back on time but that's the only positive moment. Tech was not friendly, did not give me her name, was rough putting the needle in, did not get enough blood draw tubes and had to yell for help, pulled needle out slowly and left a giant bruise. Go to Haun road location. read more

Try to find a different diagnostics lab. This place is staffed with incompetent employees that don't care about the people they care for. They have little knowledge of how to properly use their own service. Retraining seems like it's necessary. Names were kicked off the list at random times and there was no help from the staff. I had to check in others myself to help them get seen. There was only one tall lady that took care of the situation and deescalated the situation and took care of my grandmother. Tired of seeing little care and patience for the older generation. read more

Sun city location is near me. You should schedule an appointment. Then wait time is fast. Elevator is hidden but they have one.

Took my 85 yr old mother in for what I thought was blood and urine but found it to only be urine. I have to say for a facility that does urinalysis they do Not have water or even cups to drink when asked the technician stated that they have no water or cups. she needed to get it from the sink with her hands which is ridiculous! Lab corp provides fresh bottle water and clean new cups for their patients..I guess Quest doesn't appreciate the business or patients to supply the simplest necessity to complete a paid for test! I will be taking my elderly mother elsewhere since she was forced to use her hands and sink water! read more

The personal at this location must be over worked because they are always in a grouchy mood. This community (Sun City) is mostly made up of elderly people who don't hear so well or don't know how to work all the computers to just check in, so please be kinder because one day you or a love one will be older and you won't want them to be treated as you are treating you clients. read more

I have been going to QUEST lab in either Menifee, California or the one on Hunt Road in Menifee... I have never heard one lab tech say yes or Thank you... They have lost the paperwork and the sample of the test I needed performed and I have to go through it all over again... If you have a choice through your insurance, I recommend they never be used... I do not trust them and they have no customer service skills whatsoever read more

I am still shocked by how fabulous my experience was this morning. I rarely give 5 stars, especially for medical-related businesses, so this review speaks volumes. Even though the Quest website indicated "Do not go early in the morning, lots of people fasting show up then." I arrived a few minutes before they opened at 6:30 AM. There were two persons ahead of me. With their avant-garde electronic check-in system, signing in was effortless; I hate checking in with humans as it takes longer and is not necessarily efficient. Shortly after signing in, a nice lady made a copy of my insurance card and I handed her my Rx for lab work. She then said, "Come on back." She entered more stuff into a computer (go figure). When I told her there was a history of phlebotomists not being able to locate a vein, she said not an issue. I asked her to put the needle anywhere she can find a vein, just don't jab me twice. In no time she found a vein, which was stubborn, but she managed to get what she needed for my labs. And NO huge purple bruise on my arm, but that often appears the next day, so stay tuned... read more

Assuming a new staff was hired because there poor attitudes to help an individual is concerning. Oh my gosh the phlebotomist was so rude today ! I'm not sure how she gets away with talking to patients that way . Tried to verify my lab orders they had in the computer with the orders I brought in . She was really short and said the orders are in the computer . At the end she said we are done and I said are you sure both orders I brought in were done . And she said well I wish you would of told me ahead of time . I said I tried to tell you and show you my lab orders . Then she wouldn't speak to me and finished . Never did tell me her name . She didn't even call my name right in the beginning and called me back as Sue S . I had to verify with her she had the right person. Always a good experience over at the Hahn location . read more

My appointment was at 11 AM, I was taken in at 11:05. Having an appointment is a very good idea. The lab tech, Tammy, was very Professional and gentle. I didn't feel a thing when she put the needle in my arm. I would highly recommend going to Quest Diagnostic in Sun City. read more

My dad just recently changed medical plans. He went to this location for blood work. They took him right way which was good but one of the staff was rude when they ask him if he drank water. He responded no they didn't tell me too and the staff member responded well u should have and now u know and they place was dirty. I will not take him to this location again. Next time I will check the reviews first and go to another location. They should treat their patients with more respect and keep the place clean especially now with COVID. read more

I had a great experience here. I had to bring my 3yrs old here to have his blood drawn and I was dreading it. I expressed my concerns especially because the last experience at a different quest Diagnostics had did not go well. They were very accommodating and understanding my son did not feel a thing. I just had my first appointment at this Quest Diagnostics location and it was the best experience I have ever had getting a venous blood sampling. My veins are not highly visible but Marie made it smooth as silk. Wow!
