This visit was for an ultrasound scan to follow up a finding on the CT of two weeks ago. When I arrived at 8 AM, I was asked to fill out a few sheets of personal information. Immediately after that, the ultrasound technician collected me from the waiting room and took me into the ultrasound room. Her name is Kim. She made me comfortable on the table and then meticulously conducted the ultrasound of my thyroid. I appreciate that Kim is highly-focused and very experienced in these matters. The ladies at the front desk were fine; however, the tech for the scanning had "attitude" causing me and my son to walk out. As he said, "Do you want someone with 'attitude' doing the imaging? Can you trust them?" I thought about it and realized they would not do the best job if she was displaying a bad attitude. So, we left. I called another facility in Temecula to make the appointment with the original tech. read more

Arrived at 8:00 am for an CT appointment at 8:15. I didn't get called back for my appointment until 9:00. So be prepared for a wait, kind of fusterating. The waiting room is nicely decorated and they have a beautiful fish tank. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My girlfriend is pregnant and we have been waiting to find out the gender. We get there and everyone working is acting like they are all hanging out at someone's house. Yelling and cracking jokes while we are trying to get checked in. Eventually they checked her in. The person helping my girlfriend (Kristen) called her back a few minutes later . Thinking I and my girlfriends Mom would be able to come , I stood up , Kristen told us she would call us back when she knows the gender. Immediately I became upset. I want to hear my unborn babies heart beat, see my baby on the screen. 5 minutes pass and my girlfriend returns angry and upset. I ask her what's wrong . She tells me that they won't continue because the baby has its back turned and they can only see its spine . So now we have to reschedule and wait another week. I ask "can she drink more water , and we give it another try " Kristen gave us both attitude and said "it won't work and I have another appointment " and precedes to roll her eyes. By this point we want to get out of there as quick as possible. As we leave , my girlfriend tells us that Kristen said "I will only bring your mom and boyfriend back here if I have enough time" This place may look pretty but it's only a cover up . Im very disappointed with the customer service. Imagine going to a appointment to find out the gender of your child only to be disrespected and made you feel unwanted . This is the worst place I have ever been for an ultrasound. My OB was concerned that my dates weren't matching with the development of our baby with our most recent pregnancy, and he wanted us to do a follow up ultrasound in 7-10 days to determine the viability of the pregnancy; however, he was going to be out of the office on vacation. He suggested getting an ultrasound at a place closer to my home, which is how I ended up here. When my husband and I arrived, we were already nervous about what we would learn. The technician was not friendly at all and had no bedside manner. She would not let my husband in the room during the ultrasound, nor would she let me see the screen. She also couldn't tell me any information, because she wasn't a doctor. After the ultrasound was done, she got up and walked out without even making eye contact. No smile. No nothing. The only thing she said was that the results would be provided to my doctor in 3-5 business days. So by now we are all assuming the worst. Wouldn't she have at least cracked a smile if things looked okay? And we have to wait 5-7 actual days to get the results. On the fifth day, I called to check in with my OB and they had not received anything. They suggested I follow up with health scan imaging to see if they had the right contact information and the release forms signed to provide the information (which I knew they had, but I called anyhow just to double check). The receptionist said that the report was done and had been reviewed by their doctor, but hadn't been transcribed. Again, even though a doctor had reviewed it, no one could give me any information. She assured me that the report should be to my doctor by the end of business that day, or possibly early the next day, but certainly not past an additional day. That day, crickets...the next day crickets...finally at 3 pm the following day, a week after my ultrasound, I called my OB again. Nothing. So this time, they called health scan imaging. Finally, they were able to get the report an hour later. So by this point, I had been waiting a week to just find out if our baby was alive or not. It turned out that the baby was alive. And also that I had a small bleed that could have caused bleeding. I am shocked that they took so long to deliver results and also that they couldn't provide any information even after a doctor had reviewed the report. Also, I am upset that I wasn't even allowed to see the screen to see my baby or his/her heartbeat. My OB is highly annoyed and wishes we had just waited to do a follow up ultrasound following his vacation, as the results would have been quicker, there would have been less anxiety and waiting, more positive bedside manner, and he would have allowed me to see our baby and the heartbeat. I will never return to this facility, nor will I ever refer anyone to this location. read more

It's kind of annoying to arrive an hour early, see that there are no patients going back to see the doctor and then having to listen to the two women up front talk about their time off and how slow it is and has been. What are the other people in the office doing while my wife just about pees her pants waiting to be helped? Perception is the patient's reality. Stop gossiping and do your jobs. read more

I do not recommend coming here at all. The staff is friendly and the customer service was not the problem. The MRI scanner is a giant piece of garbage and delivers very poor quality MRI's. My orthopedic couldn't even see anything and I had to drive 2 hours to a place in Orange County that has a machine with a strong magnet that can actually give clear MRI's. This is ridiculous. Waiting 1 month, and going through two MRI's because the machine here is a piece of crap. So if you enjoy inconclusive results and the doctor making re do the MRI, feel free to go here, otherwise find somewhere the machine is a strong 3 Tesla scanner. read more

Worse experience I've ever had in a place of imaging or medical facility. No friendliness. No compassion. No kindness. NO SMILES. When you're going thru health issues or when you pay a mortgage for health insurance you shouldn't have to HOPE people are friendly or kind. This is what's wrong with society. Lacking compassion equals to you leaving your house praying that you don't pay for someone bad day or miserable life. I have NEVER written a bad review on here like this. But I see now why they have such low Star rating. I would LOVE to have met their office manager because I know that it trickles from the top down and this office...from the minute you walk in it's like YOU have to greet them. YOU have to be kind and still NOTHING. Awful place. Never again. I would have normally felt bad leaving this review but I do not. read more

This place would be great except the reception staff are absent minded with an attitude. I have gone there several times with x ray orders that were called in to them and they lost it. I've had to call my doctor several times and get a replacement. The front office staff is obnoxious and short with the people who come in. If they don't like their jobs, they need to get one somewhere else. A holes! To top it off, I needed a weight bearing X-ray and they couldn't do it. They only have an X-ray tech available Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I'm not going back. Temecula Valley Imaging is right up the street. I'll go there from now on. read more

I got there 10min early to let them know my wife should be gettijg here shortly. She got there 13 min late. So i filled out her paper work. THE BLONDE hair girl asked me 3 times where is my wife. I told her 3 times she is pulling up soon. As my wife gets there they said only she can go at the moment. Then they didn't let my 2 daughters in ages 15 and 6. My wife told me the ultrasound specialist wqs very rude and quite. I dont know why our doctor referred that place. I would never go back. Just because how rude and not carring how excited my girls were to see the ultrasound. . I'll go back to old town 4-d ultrasound instead. read more

Hopefully, the imaging goes better than the intake process. It would be good if in the design of this place, they had paid less attention to interior decoration frippery and more to ensuring adequate seating. Not to mention adequate lighting for all the forms one has to fill out. read more

This place is awesome! It has an under the sea/tiki bar theme going on, very soothing, sooooooo, maybe you'll forget for a minute you might find out that you have something very wrong with you once the MRI results come back. Jared, who did my scan, was awesome, and found a Pandora station for 70's light rock, which helped me greatly. I definitely recommend this place for your next MRI. read more

What a pleasant surprise. Walked out of the Murrieta location after nearly two hours of waiting with no one in the queue ahead of me! Went to the Menifee location for an MRI. The staff was professional an courteous when making the appointment ahead of time. I showed up for my appointment and was shown into the room w/in 10 minutes. The REAL superstar was my tech, Jarred. This guy rocks! He was professional, friendly, accommodating and all around just nice to deal with. He even went out of his way to help me get my MRI and X-ray done in a timely manner. Been here twice and both times the lady's are all hella rude!! I'm never coming back here! They are slow,don't care if you signed in,the never look at it and I sat 30 mins after my appointment was suppose to be and she finally looked at me saying have you been helped! So stupid! They need a new staff! They need to get their shit together,they had one lady drink the wrong stuff and now she can't get here scan done and has to wait 2 days. You could tell she was in pain! That's just so messed up! They don't care if you are in pain,now she has to wait longer to get it done! I was suppose to get my scan done 2 weeks ago but they called saying the Tech was going to be out of town and I have to wait to longer! Don't they understand that we need to be seen! Get more techs! I LOVE the California Oaks location. They are extremely friendly and professional however, I'm disgusted with the Menifee office on Haun Rd. They inconvenience patients by their inept inabilities and don't apologize for the inconvenience they have created for you. Their responses don't even fit the situation. I had an order from my primary care physician for an ultrasound, which was directed to this office. I walked in about 25 minutes early for my 9:45 a.m. appointment. There were several people there waiting. The young man who checked me in asked for my ID and insurance card. He never returned them. I had to ask for them. So did almost everyone else. An elderly woman sitting next to me was called up and told that she could not have both of the scheduled tests performed because she only had authorization for one. She said her doctor was to have faxed it to them. Well they didnt have it so too bad. Told her she could call her doc and ask them to fax it again but would have to use her phone. They couldn't take one minute to do this. Wow. Another woman was called up. Her text had be rescheduled to the Murrieta location because the technician needed to work over there that day. Just a slight inconvenience, right? She became very frustrated with them,asked for the manager and received absolutely no help at all. This type if scenario happened a couple more times before I was called in at 10:30 for my 9:45 scan. These young people running things here have absolutely no people skills whatsoever. Will really try to have my doctor send me elsewhere in the future. read more

The staff seem friendly enough for a radiology center, and far less crowded than competing centers in Temecula. However, the radiologists don't seem to get the concept of "stat". The decor in the waiting room is cool, all tiki themes, with a really nice fish aquarium. Makes you want to have a mai tai. read more

I was referred here by my doctor for ultrasound to see if I have a hernia. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was relaxed. I didn't pay anything as they take Anthem Blue Cross. The aquarium with exotic fish is interesting to look at as you wait for your turn. read more

I was recently here for an MRI of the lumbar spine region. The facility is nice, clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There were no hiccups or delays. They played the music of my choice through the headphones during my MRI. It wasn't claustrophobic at all. read more

I went in here with my mother to get an MRI of my back. I had anappointment.While waiting in iine we were unfortunate witnesses to a fight between the receptionist and a patient who had been waiting for over an hour. I understand that they do not make appointments for x-rays but to have a shouting match and be rude to a patient is UNPROFESSIONAL behavior to say the least. This continued the whole time I was there with EVERYONE that came in for an X-ray or really any other question. They were all upset and all treated with the same disrespectful rude behavior by this blonde receptionist. I simply asked how behind they were and she snappled at me, "You have an appointment, this has nothing to do with you!" After that an older lady came in, got the same treatment, said it was a 2 hour wait, and that the ONLY person working the x-ray machine just went to lunch. Some other young lady came out called out the first name of Donna only (which just so happened to be my name and the older ladies name, (they were approx 30 minutes late for my appointment by then and I was early on top of that...) the older lady jumped up said thats me and went into the changing room. I asked when I was going to be called in and she said I just called your name! I said, well there is apparently two Donna's and the lady that just came in jumped up. Apparently it's MY job to VERIFY patients last names for them?! I went back and told the technician and she kncoked on the door and explained the situation to the older woman who is REALLY ticked off now! During this time I ask the REALLY unpleasant blonde who could really care less she has patients that come in who keep this place open for business and her a job, about the OPEN MRI, she says, we dont have that here. I can reschedule you for ANOTHER facility that does, or you can pay $ 150.00 to be sedated than unsedated so you can drive home. I said, I verified this information with your office when the appointment was made a week ago and she argued that I did not with THEIR office I must have with my DOCTORS OFFICE. (HONEY, A Nicole, from HEALTH SCAN called ME!) I SERIOUSLY started to have anxiety and told my mom I just want to leave, I want to go back to my old place that may be plain and simple inside but has really wonderfully nice and professional people that work there! Why did my doctor send me to a place 45 minutes out of my way and to such a horrible place!! I am a multiple sclerosis patient of 16 years, a cancer survivor and I am waiting on a dx of a lump in my left breast while seeing how bad the herniation of my L3-L5 is at this beautifully decorated establishment yet very unprofessionally staffed medical facility. Worst service ever! Id never go back. The male worker was loudly complaining about my daughter for all the clients to hear. They made sure to make me and my daughter feel so unwelcome. Why work as an ultrasound tech if you hate children so much. Mellisa was the only worker there that was very sweet, respectful, hard working, and attentive. She was one of the sweetest people I've ever met, the other workers could learn from her professionalism. read more

This is the place to go for an MRI if you have claustrophobia. I do, so MRI's are a difficult experience for me, but the tech, Edgar Tovar, was terrific! He was very patient, and never made me feel embarrassed for being so nervous. He did everything possible to make me comfortable so I was able to get through it. I had to be in the closed machine for almost 90 minutes, but I felt safe thanks to Edgar's kindness and expertise. I've been to other MRI places, and had a very different experience. You don't need to be nervous here. This is a great place. read more

Was supposed to go to Murrieta office, but machine broke down. Sent me to Menifee, and I had a great experience, thanks for Jared. He was the tech who did the CT scan for me, and he made me feel so relaxed. He had to put in an iv for iodine and even that was painless. The office is decorated in a nautical theme, kind of relaxing as soon as you go in. I arrived a few minutes early, and got in exactly my appointment time. It was a very fast scan. Can't say enough about the exam I got other than it was awesome. Thanks Jared. read more

I was scheduled for a 20 week pregnancy ultrasound yesterday. Check in time was at 12:45 PM and I arrived at 12:40. Check in was quick and easy. Once everything was sign the receptionist told me I would be called back soon. Mind you, bladder was full after chugging down 32 ounces of water in 30 minutes. Ten minutes went by and my bladder was about to burst. I read other reviews where they made patients wait an hour with a full bladder and I was beginning to worry. At 1, I was called back, which was my appointment time. I was called in alone and my husband had to stay in the waiting room. The technician was quick on the first scans and then let me empty my bladder. Came back and she continued with ultrasound. At first she did not turn monitor to where I can see. She finally did when she was checking the gender, that was when she called my husband in. She went over babies profile and gender and then we were done. I was out of the office by 1:30 PM. I was also surprised that instead of receiving a few print outs of the ultrasound, we were actually given a CD with all the images taken. That was a great surprise. I visited this site on Feb 6 th 2013. The staff that greeted me was very professional. I sat and admired the great decor and felt like I was not at a doctors office. But as I sat there I listened and observed a woman they called "Mel" I became very uncomfortable. She was "trash talking " about other people that worked for the company, I wanted to leave immediately! After a few minutes i approached the counter to find out how long it would be until i would be seen, and the only one there at the moment was this "Mel" . I could not get her attention because she was too busy texting on her phone. She was at the counter on the side and I know that she did not see me! I sat back down and went back to the counter when someone else was available and she was very helpful. read more
